Southern Memories on #3

Great condo. Close to all in pinehurst. Condo was clean and cozy. Todd was great at communicating. Good recommendations Definitely planning to come back.

This was a fabulous little property. Very well appointed and maintained. Lots of thought and consideration into the stocking of kitchen and bathroom amenities. The host replied immediately when I mistakenly changed a setting on the TV, he texted a screen shot to get it back to the correct setting. It's perfect for a solo trip or a couple. I would 100% book this property again.

Todd’s place was conveniently located to everything in Pinehurst but still provides privacy. The kitchen is a bit dated but served its purpose well. The bed was very comfortable and for me that’s most important.

Always a great stay. The two comfy recliners are great for kicking back and watching TV. Todd is a great host. In brief...everything meet for your needs!

Host preparations and communications were excellent. Property a bit aged; small bathroom.

Southern memories was spotlessly clean and easy to walk to everything downtown. Host was incredibly helpful when we had a few questions in a timely fashion. Will definitely stay again when back in Pinehurst.

Close to most places of interest. Would definitely consider staying there again.

Good location. Laundry was in a separate building however. Must have missed that on listing.

The condo was as promised. No disappointments. I would recommend this condo for a stay at Pinehurst. I will look for it when we come down next year.

Location, location, location! The Cradle is just at the end of Pine Valley Road and across Beulah Hill Road. This place has worked out well for myself and my kid two times now. Look forward to the third!

This property was fantastic! Exceptionally clean and well appointed. Close to all of the Pinehurst Village amenities and just a short drive to Aberdeen’s many shopping locations and eateries. We would highly recommend this location for your next visit to Pinehurst.

The condo is so clean and comfortable. The decor is up-to-date and pleasant. We came to NC for a wedding and thoroughly enjoyed the area and the ability to come to our little condo and relax when needed. Thank you for providing a great place to stay!

This is my fifth time staying at the property and (if it's available) is the only place i'll stay. The owners communication is great and they are always as accommodating as possible. Highly recommend.

I had a really nice stay. The place is well maintained with comfortable amenities. I don't know why anyone would want to pay more to get less at a hotel.

Nice quiet condo right on a golf course. We were in Pinehurst for a wedding. While we are not golfers we still enjoyed the location and the owners attention to detail and incredibly quick communication response time. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Stayed a few days to play as much golf as possible. Great location, 5 min from Pinehurst Clubhouse. Easy in and out. Right on course no 3 to walk out and practice at dusk.

Even though a first floor unit, there are multiple steps to get to front door. Not a problem for us, unit was nice, host very responsive and great to be back in Pinehurst!

Great location to Pinehurst resorts, restaurants and golf courses. Walkable to Pinehurst 2 Club House. Quiet and safe area. Condo well supplied and very comfortable.

I've stayed here multiple times and have enjoyed every visit. The owners are extremely responsive and were very accommodating when my plans had to change.

This was the third time I have stayed at Southern Memories and I will look for this place first when I come back. Great location, walking distance to Pinehurst golf facilities. I come by myself and it is perfect for one, would be perfect for two as well

This is my second time staying at Southern Memories on #3 - both times for a nearby NCAA golf tournament. The unit is very clean (spotless) and exactly as advertised with enough space for up to 2 people and a great price, especially for a location so close to the village and primary golf clubhouse. Check-in was a breeze. Hope to see you again next March.

I had a great stay at this condo. Everything I needed was there and everything was very comfortable. The location was great. I enjoyed walking across the road to the Pinehurst clubhouse and the Cradle. I would definitely return.

Amazing bed, fabulous bath tub with all that you need. Couldn’t figure out the coffee maker, but starbucks is right around the corner- Very well could have been operator error!

The condo was as advertised. It was easy to text and get the door code as well as check out. We didn't use the heat/AC, as it wasn't necessary. The kitchen is reasonably stocked and allowed us to do what we needed. Overall, a pleasant condo.

Have stayed here twice. Great location just off 16 tee on course 3. Manager always responded quickly to text communication. Will be back.
