Southern exposure 3-bedroom ocean block condo with free WiFi and outdoor pool located in midtown and just a brief stroll to the beach!

My family of 4 adults one teenager and a infant stayed here.The room was very clean.The location is fantastic! It is literally a half of block to the ocean.No roads to cross.We had a great view of the ocean from our balacony.There are tons of cooking,eating utensils .We got a parking pass for two cars and there was plenty of parking Which if anybody has rented close to beach knows is usually a real problem.Check in was simple as was check out.The pool was closed which was disappointing I know it was because of covid it would of been nice to be warned ahead of time.We had a issue with the AC but was fixed the same day.The only small issues we had were twin beds were very uncomfortable hard for a adult to sleep there.The other issue was there was no outdoor shower or hose to wash off sand so it got tracked everywhere.But very small issues.I would rate it a five star stay and would go there again and highly recommend to anyone

304 Surf Watch is a wonderful vacation condo. Tastefully decorated and VERY beachy. Very fun. The kitchen is stocked with ample pots, pans, etc. for feeding a family. ALL of which are in excellent shape. All were clean and ready for action on day one. A great view of the ocean from the expansive deck. Two patio doors open to the deck allowing vast light. We can't say enough about how well maintained & clean we found the property. It was reminiscent of a non-rental beach condo. 304 is well worth it and at the top of our recommended list. A short easy walk to the beach. Well-designed parking garage with no trouble ever finding a spot. Thank you! to the owners for allowing us such a peaceful week. See ya next year!

The condo was in a good location. Easy walk to the beach and able to walk to many restaurants. The condo was clean and a decent size. Decor was outdated and bed and pillows were not very comfortable. The pool was nice, but not very big
