A full bathroom, conveniently situated between the two bedrooms, features a shower-tub combination. An additional half bath, located downstairs just off the living room, ensures convenience for all guests.

You must be 25 years of age to book condo. ID must match name on rental agreement.
Rental agreement must be signed upon booking this property.
Condo comes with basic essentials such as linens, bath towels, hand towels, hair dryer, etc.
The following STARTER SUPPLIES are provided:
- One roll of toilet paper for each restroom
- Bar of soap per bathroom
- One travel sized shampoo per bathroom
- One travel sized conditioner per bathroom
- Make-up removers per bathroom
- Single sized dish liquid
- Single sized dish washing detergent pack
- Single use laundry washing detergent
- Two large trash bags
- Small trash bag for each bathroom
- Roll of Paper towels
❌ Beach towels are not provided.
Trash can be taken to the outside dumpster in the property

- Parking Passes (max 2 vehicle) are required only during Hangout Festival and Shrimp Festival.

Southwind is centrally located in Gulf Shores. This means you'll be close to the beach, the Gulf Shores Hangout, and other popular attractions. The condo is also in walking distance to the beach and offers easy access to Highway 59 for exploring the surrounding area.

We are Unit 2 which is on the end closest to the beach, this is a small townhouse complex all owned by individual owners

The white sand beaches are perfect for swimming, sunbathing, building sandcastles, or just relaxing and listening to the waves. You can also rent jet skis, paddleboards, or kayaks to explore the coastline.

The Hangout:
If you're looking for a lively atmosphere, head to The Hangout, a popular entertainment complex located just a short drive from Southwinds. The Hangout has multiple restaurants, bars, and live music venues. There's also a bowling alley, arcade, and mini-golf course.

Water Parks:
There are several water parks located in the Gulf Shores area, including OWA Skybar and Waterville USA. These water parks offer a variety of slides, pools, and lazy rivers, perfect for a fun-filled day with family or friends. Fishing:
The waters around Gulf Shores are teeming with fish, making it a great destination for fishing. You can fish from the shore, a pier, or a boat. There are also several charter fishing companies that offer guided trips.

⛳ Golfing:
If you're a golfer, there are several golf courses located in the Gulf Shores area. These courses offer stunning views of the Gulf and challenging play for golfers of all skill levels.

South Winds itself is likely a complex you can easily navigate by walking. The beach is also a short walk away from Southwinds making it easy to enjoy the sugar-white sand and emerald waters of the Gulf Shores.

If you want to explore a little further afield, biking is a great option. The Gulf Shores area has a number of bike paths and trails that you can explore. You can also rent bikes from a number of local businesses.
