South Seas Tower 3 1807- Beach Views!

We were so impressed with the place when we arrived on Friday evening, . The condo layout, decor, cleanliness and location met all our expectations from booking with Vrbo (online). The owners deserve all the high ratings & good reviews - in fact, I choose this place in the South Seas Towers because of the positive review comments :). We enjoyed meals & cocktails on the balcony (the view is amazing), walks & sunsets on the beach and played pickleball. We appreciated the beach cart & towels available in the unit. If the opportunity to return to Marco Island happens again, I would definitely come back to this location. Thank you

Everything was super clean. The description and pictures were spot on. They have everything you need. I’ve been coming to the island my whole life and this place was my favorite I’ve ever stayed in. I will for sure be coming back.

Everything went smoothly. This is a great place to stay. We were very comfortable here. It was clean and there was good communication.

We have stayed at South Seas NW twice before (different units) and love the location. We are avid pickleball players and this is a players heaven. They have 10 courts that are busy every morning. The beach is beautiful and large, with many shells to collect, including sand dollars. This unit was well appointed but had a few issues. Both showers need grab bars for safety. The unit entry door handle did not latch such that it can be pushed open without turning the handle if the deadbolt is not locked, and the deadbolt lock was difficult to operate with the key. Overall we were very happy with the condo and would rent again and recommend for others.

We had a really nice stay here. The décor is lovely, We had plenty of everything we needed. Despite being close to the elevator, it was very quiet. I heard voices in the hall only once, and never noticed people in the units around us. I would definitely recommend this property.

Overall we had a wonderful time. The view was the best. The unit had everything we needed ? The people that work at the complex are wonderful.

The view south to Cape Marco is beautiful. You can see the sunrise, but not the sunset during our stay in February. It was adequately furnished, although it does need some updating and purging of some extra furnishings. More storage or pantry for food would be helpful. We did need to purchase a blender and we gifted it to the condo, as well as a new master bedspread. The Leda sculpture is a conversation piece! Overall, we had a lovely month.
