Enjoy a stunning view of the beach and pool area from this condo, which accommodates 5 guests. This spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo offers ample space for relaxation and savoring the beach lifestyle. The master bedroom suite features a king-sized bed with a beach view, balcony access, and a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom is furnished with a full-sized bed and a twin bed.
Complimentary Wi-Fi and HD channels are included.

EXIT CLEANING FEE may increase according to length of stay.

Registration fee is $100.00 which comes with one parking pass.
If there's more than one car, each car pays $100.00.
Fees are collected in the office of South Seas Tower 3.

CANCELLATIONS: 15% of the rental fee is retained if cancellation is made 60 days prior for weekly (90 days monthly rental). Condo App Fees, and Travel insurance is non-refundable. Inside the 60 days weekly/90-day monthly cancelation period, (if you do not have travel insurance); We try to re-rent the unit, if successful we will charge 15% commission on your reservation and refund the balance. WE HIGHLY ENCOURAGE you to purchase travel insurance to protect your trip! Cancellations due to COVID, Hurricanes, any acts of God, or Mother Nature are subject to the same conditions as our normal cancellation policy. No Exceptions!
