Experience the breathtaking view from this beautifully renovated 2-bedroom condo, boasting new tile flooring and a southern beach vista. The condo is fully furnished with a king bed in the master bedroom and a queen bunk bed in the guest room. Every room provides balcony access to take in the stunning scenery. Enjoy all the comforts of home, along with numerous amenities at the South Seas complex, including tennis, pickleball, shuffleboard, boat dock rentals, and a fitness room in the lobby.

EXIT CLEANING FEE may increase according to length of stay.

Registration fee is $100.00 which comes with one parking pass.
If there's more than one car, each car pays $100.00. Fees are collected in the office of South Seas Tower 3.

CANCELLATIONS: 15% of the rental fee is retained if cancellation is made 60 days prior for weekly (90 days monthly rental). Condo App Fees, and Travel insurance is non-refundable. Inside the 60 days weekly/90-day monthly cancelation period, (if you do not have travel insurance); We try to re-rent the unit, if successful we will charge 15% commission on your reservation and refund the balance. WE HIGHLY ENCOURAGE you to purchase travel insurance to protect your trip! Cancellations due to COVID, Hurricanes, any acts of God, or Mother Nature are subject to the same conditions as our normal cancellation policy. No Exceptions!

    This is a lovely condo, and though a bit of a walk to the beach, it wasn’t far and easily doable with all our beach equipment. Thank you for sharing your incredible property!

    We've rented through VRBO before and it's all nice, but Marco Island is gorgeous. Powder sugar sand beaches- very lovely area- chi chi and upscale. Lots of great places to eat-easy to get to from Fort Myers airport. Condo is lovely - way up high with magnificent views. Get up each morning sip coffee on the balcony overlooking the beach and bay. Very very pretty. We took long walks along the beach every morning. Heated swimming pool - small but nice. Condo itself is nice (a little dated-but clean and quiet) and there's easy access to what you need. The office where you pick up the keys- Marco Island Properties -very good- pleasant and an easy process. Cindy and staff- very nice. The only small issue is the actual property office at the condo- not a lot info given to us- they closed early and could have notified us the day before, not while I was on the flight in. There was a message on my phone when I landed saying I could check in earlier-so when we arrived at the condo-that office was closed and we had no info- and no one to tell us about...parking-keys-check out- ect. It was up to us to figure out a few things. But all in all a very lovely place- definitely worth a stay. Grade A.

    The property was beautiful and convenient. The unit was well appointed with everything you would need. The kitchen and baths were recently remodeled and were very well done. We also enjoyed the beautiful pool and fitness center! While tower 3 is oceanfront it is still about a 10 minute walk to the water, so it might be a bit far if you have very small children or trouble walking in the sand. We love to walk on the beach, so it was perfect for us. I would definitely stay here again!
