Stayed Jan 7, 2023Great condo with beautiful sunset views. Kitchen well stocked with dishes and utensils, lots of beach supplies, everything you need is provided. Russ(owner) responded to questions quickly. Plan to stay again!

Stayed Jan 15, 2022The unit has nice views but needs some upgrading. The linens were quite old and the dishwasher did not work the entire time we were there. Also the freezer had some issues which made it a problem to make ice.

Stayed Mar 7, 2021Our overall impression of our stay and condo was very good. We arrived very late and the instructions to obtain access were very detailed and precise, which made the check in a breeze. We enjoyed the location, pool, access to the beach and the view. There are a few things that didn't hinder our enjoyment but I believe need addressed. The veritcal blinds in the livingroom and 2nd bedroom had missing panels making it impossible to close them for privacy, but we made do. Apparently following the directions of not leaving trash in the unit was not a priority of the previous renter, as the trash cans in the master bedroom & bathroom were not emptied. With Corona/Covid being a high priority for cleaniness I felt that the this needs to be addressed with the cleaning company. Definitely on my list of return. This was our first time using a VRBO on Marco Island and enjoyed ourselves immensely. Thank you for your hospitality.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Excellent views from the condo. Kitchen has everything we needed. Pool was great for the kids. Beach is a couple hundred yards walk to the water in nice white sand. Tons of seashells!
