POLICIES:
1. Check in is 4pm | Check out is 10am.
2. No Smoking in condo or on balcony.
3. Pets are NOT allowed.
4. Guests of guests are NOT permitted.
5. Loud parties or gatherings will not be tolerated.
6. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. For groups of Single Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation.
7. Parking is free and passes are only required for the following holidays; Mardi Gras Weekend (limit 2), Memorial Day Weekend (limit 2), 4th of July (limit 1), Blue Angels Week (limit 1). There will be a $150/pass charge if they are not left in the condo when you head home.
8. Please Note: Exterior security cameras are present and in place at the front and back of the home for added safety monitoring. Rest assured, your privacy is paramount, and no cameras are installed inside the living areas. Blocking or tampering with the cameras will result in immediate eviction.
9. Right to Enter: Beach Getaways staff may enter the property, with prior notice, for repairs, inspections, maintenance, or management duties. We also reserve the right to enter for disturbances, occupancy checks, or damage inspection. The primary renter is responsible for all guests and must be present for the full reservation term. Exceeding the maximum guest limit is not allowed.

    This was an awesome place! It was very spacious (1100 sq ft), great kitchen (could have used a pizza cutter), new appliances, comfortable furniture, very nice beds! King bed was clean and comfortable. There were queen bunks in the other bedroom. It was just the 2 of us, so did not sample 2nd bedroom. Baths were nice too - nice closet space off main bedroom. Main bath had 2 sinks which is a plus. Balcony was nice and large, with a table and plenty of chairs. And QUIET. We were there in the off season. And you could walk to the beach! Since it got crowded on the weekend, walking is the best bet since parking and traffic can be tough. Easy into the property, and easy out. The elevator is just beyond the gate. The outdoor pool was nice - clean. I was impressed with the number of fans on ceilings and portable. The nights were cool since it was April, but I can imagine that in the dead of summer, fans will come in handy. Sunsets were on full display on the balcony, overlooking the bay. Only small complaint I have is the TV setup. It was kinda confusing going from TV to streaming. And the TV's in the 2 bedrooms were different than in the main living room. Better directions, with maybe a placard showing pictures of the remotes and buttons to push, would help. All in all, this was a perfect property with a good rate. I hope the rates are comparable in the high season. Either way, I know we'll be back! Can't go wrong with his place!

    Overall this stay was great for the value. We liked the location and the amenities. Great pool and small private beach on Sabine Bay. Only critiques were that we would have appreciated some curtains in the spare room so the sun didn’t wake our kids so early, and all of the pillows were really large and too poofy for our taste. Otherwise we loved our stay!

    Amazing sunsets from the the spacious balcony were the highlight of our stay. The condo was in the perfect location and walking distance to some great food and entertainment. The unit was decorated beautifully and very clean. We look forward to booking again.
