South Harbor Condo, Breathtaking Views from the Terrace

Our host Brian was excellent. He communicated with me before, during and after my stay. The condo was beautifully furnished with everything we needed and very clean. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to stay.

Beautifully decorated, well-stocked condo with gorgeous views from both entrances of the gulf and sound. Private beach, pool, exercise room, kayak, and parking were perfect. The icing on the cake was the owner who made you feel welcome, ensuring you were comfortable reaching out if needed during the stay. The owner even took the time to send local event happenings like Blue Angels practice schedule and bands on the beach. It was an effortless, relaxing visit at a place I felt safe and at peace while being surrounded by all the fun Pensacola beach has to offer. Thank you!

Great condo and the owners were awesome!

I want to start this review by saying how great the host was in communicating with us. He called to update us about the property, the area, local activities, and told us that if we needed help, we could reach out without hesitation. The place itself was great to come back to after a long day at the beach, and we enjoyed most of our time on the balcony. It had beautiful, scenic views overlooking the bay and the front entrance, allowing us to watch the professional fireworks without the need to find parking or a spot on the beach. Everything is in a walkable distance. This was our first time in Pensacola after spending the majority of our beach vacations in Orange Beach. Would rebook for future stays.

Beautiful views. Clean, close to restaurants, pier and beach. Well stocked kitchen. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed stay. We watched blue angels fly in on first day from front of condo.

The location couldn’t be any better. Everything you need within walking distance. The view was amazing, we sat out there for hours just taking in the sites. Owner was great to work with and very helpful. Would book again.

Condo was everything it said it would and more! She has thought of EVERYTHING !! Beds were incredibly comfortable! View was beautiful and close to absolutely everything! Cannot wait to come back again next year!

Totally worth staying at this location. Brian is amazing and his home is beautiful. Sit out back on the huge deck that can set up to 6 and enjoy the amazing views of the ocean go out front and over look all of Pensacola and also see the beautiful beach.

I cannot express how happy we were with the condo! The location was central to so many things and just perfect. Communication with Brian was great! Checkout tasks were so simple! We will 100% book again!

Brian was great with communication and also let us check in a little early. I've stayed in this condo building several times and it's always a good stay since it's so close to restaurants and the beach hangouts. I will likely try to stay in Brian's condo in the future!

Beautiful Condo

From the very start, communication was the best I’ve ever received! Brian reached out to make sure we were squared away before our trip even started. As it was our first time in Pensacola, we had a lot of questions, Brian was extremely helpful in finding places to eat and recommended things to do while visiting, which came in handy during one of the days it had rained. His condo is in the most amazing location, across the street from a lively boardwalk with shops and restaurants, and just a 5 minute walk to the beach. We loved the gated community and felt very safe the entire stay. The condo had breathtaking views of the boardwalk, ocean and harbor, complete with comfortable seating on the balcony to watch the sun set. The condo was quiet, the beds were very comfortable, and everything was well stocked. We ranged in age from 17-61, there was room for us to stretch out and plenty to do. If you stay Sunday night, be sure to watch the Blue Angles fly over the beach on their way home, what a sight! We will definitely be staying here again.

This was the perfect unit for Mardi Gras weekend. The rental was one of the cleanest I’ve stayed in, the view was amazing, and the owner is very personable and communicative. I 100% recommend booking this condo for any type of getaway!

I love this property. However, the only down side is I specifically searched for a location with a pool and hot tub. The listing indicates there is a hot tub, but that is not the case.

Was nice and big and we really enjoyed our stay. The owner was very nice and friendly. It was close enough to the beach with walking distance but would have like to have been alittle closer to the sand. But over all and with it being our first time to Pensacola it was great.

Host was very accommodating. View was great! Plenty of room for myself, my wife, and 3 teenagers. Would definitely stay here again!

I don’t use Vrbo often, or any types of properties like this, but this was an enjoyable & easy experience. The owner is so awesome and helpful. The location was clean, safe, and right by the beach/restaurants nearby. Beach & restaurants were in walking distance. I had older parents (including one with a hip replacement recently) with me & they managed it well! At the end of the trip I did get stuck in an elevator at the building for awhile, but the building & fire department were really responsive and handled the situation well. Even though that can be a scary situation, it showed how prepared everyone is there. Great place- would stay again!!

Papa nana dada mama & gbaby toddler spent 4 glorious days in this very posh condo. Morning view no sun to enjoy peaceful awakening. All the sun you could handle for 3 days on gulf shore, bay shore, or condo pool then a full rainbow on the fourth day right from the balcony! All the amenities included so great home away from home! Very pleasurable getaway! Thank you for sharing!

Enjoyed our stay

Host was great with communication of need anticipation and the condo was in fantastic condition. Everything was clean and ready for us when we arrived. Very easy and fast check in. Wonderful view from the spacious balcony.
