The building is on the beach and boardwalk at 7th St. This condo is on the side of the building with both ocean and bay views. The condo has a full kitchen, dining area, living room, 3 bedrooms, and 3 baths, and balcony. While at the building, enjoy the indoor / outdoor pools, or use the exercise room. You are also so close to many of the downtown restaurants, shopping and amusements.This condo has 4 TV's with premium cable channels, and Free Wifi. ( available in season only, disconnected for the winter.) Accommodates 8, smoking is not allowed, and animals are prohibited. Please note - sheets, towels, paper and cleaning products not supplied. A linen package including sheets and towels can be rented for an extra charge.

Location was perfect for us and hard to fine 3 beds with 3 baths, but could use some updating especially in kitchen and outdoor furniture. Minor maintenance would be a big improvement too! Property management team was very friendly and helpful!

The property was a little dirty (and flooded) but it was the end of the season + heavy rain.
