Very well maintained

First off go straight through the Vacasa site. Going through Expedia they charged us cancelation insurance that is only good for airlines. Then VRBO takes over and charged us a ridiculous fee to book. Vacasa was great to deal with. The property is a slice of heaven. Corner condo. Huge and an outstanding view . Right on the water. Spotless, well equipped, alot of thought put into decorating. Excellent 2 car parking right under the unit. All around perfect and we can be picky.

You need to inform the owner of the black mold in the master shower. In the caulking and even growing on the curtains. No need to post this at this point, so giving them a chance to correct the situation.

This rental was perfect in every way! Beautiful views, spacious, and beautifully decorated. Beach access is across the street, and bay access directly behind the condo. Everything was spotless, and comfortable. We didn’t use the pool, but it looked nice! Parking for 2 cars, and an elevator for the end of a long day. We would love to return!

It was rainy, but we brought the sunshine! The property exceeded our expectations! We were in awe! It was so beautiful. We enjoyed our stay inspire of the weather! We are planning to return!

We loved this property. There’s an intracoastal view on one side with 2 balconies facing that way, and a gulf view from the kitchen. They really don’t play up the view enough in the listing. It’s the last property on Pensacola Beach with the touristy stuff to the east and Fort Pickens on the west. The intracoastal beach is literal steps away and the gulf beach is just across the road over the dunes. You can rent a boat or jetski and dock it in a buoy right on the intracoastal side. There’s a nice sidewalk all the way up to the main intersection. We couldn’t have asked for a better place for our family.Everything is fully stocked, just bring your clothes and food.

This condo is so well located. We loved that you could get to both the bay and the ocean so easily for walking. Just beyond the complex is the beginning of the National Seashore - accessible with a National Parks Pass. This is a great place to see the Blue Angels practice! And a great place to walk, see birds, and enjoy the natural beauty.At night, we were able to turn off the AC and open the window - wonderful cool breeze and water sound!

Beautiful second floor condo with amazing views from both balconies. Just as stated.Only reason for a overall four star was due to local team never responded to two items during our stay but would stay here again.

Beautiful condo, wonderful views of ocean and bay. Great amenities. Enjoyed what Pensacola had to offer in food and site seeing. Plan to make it an annual event.

We loved the location and the lay out of this property. The only complaints are that the primary bathroomwas freezing cold as the air vents didn’t push enough heat and the heater in it wasn’t working. Aside from the that renters should be aware that the WiFi was not very good

this property was beautiful, the artwork was amazing, even tho it was a pass of the night i was there, i wish i could have really enjoyed it for like a week, if i had a beach house it would be just like that.

This place is so pretty both inside and out. It was the perfect vacation place for my friend and I. The balconies were just recently redone, I was worried they were still in construction but they weren't. Love that the jacuzzi tub is surrounded by windows and you can see the outside beach. Did have a little issue with the A/C but they fixed ut the next morning. Will dtay again for sure.
