"Harbor Watch Unit F" is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom 3rd floor condo with spectacular views of the Carolina Beach canal and the many beautiful boats that come and go each day. The included boat slip makes it the perfect vacation spot for those who enjoy getting out on the water! Located two blocks form the Scallop beach access, your family is close to the beach, close to the Boardwalk and close to one another.
Upon entering this third floor, walk up unit, you'll find the primary bedroom on the street side. This bedroom features a king bed and on suite bathroom. The second bedroom is outfitted with a double bed, and the bedroom is in the hallway just a step or two from the bedroom door.
The kitchen and living area are combined, and the kitchen counters are new and perfectly frame the stainless steel appliances. Note that there is no dishwasher. There's a large streaming TV in the den so that you can enjoy movie night, but the views of our tropical sunsets will beckon you out onto the deck each evening.
This condo complex is outfitted with a roof top sun deck, which boats views in every direction. Get up early and catch a sunrise over the Atlantic, or just check out the waves before you head over to put those toes in the sand. There is also a shared laundry center downstairs, adjacent to the parking areas underneath the building.

Bryant Real Estate, established in 1952, is a professionally operated firm that is licensed in North Carolina and hired by the property owner to manage “C274 – Harbor Watch Unit F” as a vacation rental.
Very ill equipped. Sparse cheap furniture. Poorly designed layout. Minimum kitchen facilities. No dishwasher. No space next to kitchen sink for dishes to drain and dry. Subfloor feels suspect on balcony, which has no privacy.
Lock for sliding glass door was in need of repair and unlocked when we arrived. Blind for sliding glass door only slid side to side, could not adjust them to block out sun. Non-smoking unit yet cigarette butts on outside deck along with chicken bones. Second parking area blocked by trash cans for all units and unable to use. Informed property management office about these issues and hope they get fixed prior to next person using the unit. Other then these small issues the unit is great and very close to the beach. Would stay at this unit again on next return to the area.
