Great for relaxing. We had a great stay overall. Visited the beautiful beaches and had delicious meals at beach restaurants. Several issues are mold on bathroom ceiling, curtain rods hanging off wall in bedroom, curtain rod bent over sliding door, electrical outlet in bedroom with wires exposed, bathroom shower door needs replaced. The beach umbrella and chairs left to use were either severely rusted or broken. There are wires sticking out along baseboards-hazard for children. Did not expect to find all these issues with the amount of money spent on a weeks stay.

The condo is beautiful and roomy. The views, as stated, are incredible! The property mgmt was very attentive and helpful. The only complaint I might issue was no coffee filters (paper towels work great), 2 rolls of TP for 2 bathrooms and a weeks stay is not going to cut it. The pillows really need an upgrade. These are so minute and overall we had a wonderful stay - thank you!

We were on the 14th floor and had wonderful views. Very quiet. The only difficulty we had was using the TV's. 3 remotes for the main TV. We are in our 70's and not at all tech savvy, so we could not watch our favorite shows or get access to movies. The condo was beautiful and if we are in the area again, I would definitely rent again.

Upon our arrival, we were pleasantly surprised with the gated Community! Everything was perfect! This was a girls trip and the security was an added bonus! Beautiful views, located near everything, well lit and family oriented! This made for a wonderful 1st experience booking through VRBO! We are looking forward to doing this again for years to come!

This property was exactly as described. The area is quiet and peaceful. The balcony view is beautiful. We would definitely stay here again.

This is the fourth (?) time we have rented from PBP, second time in this exact unit, and every time has been a breeze. From the initial contact through check in and throughout the stay the staff at PBP is always available if needed and is very pleasant to do business with. The unit at Tristan Towers was very clean and comfortable. Everything is in good repair and functional. There was a barking dog in the unit directly below that awakened early, but the owners didn't allow it to bark continuously. We would prefer a no pets or at least a no barking policy for the building as it does carry sound quite well, but that is for the owners group to decide. (Let the hate mail from the dog lovers commence.) The pool was sparkling clean as was the surrounding deck. Plenty of loungers and upright chairs were available and in good repair. The new pool fencing that was recently installed gives the pool area a bit of a closed in feel, but I suppose there was a good reason for it. Tristan Towers is a great, well maintained property and overall very relaxing!

The home was very clean and comfortable. The view from the balcony was amazing. It was the perfect amount of room for the three of us that went.

My sister and I got together for a girls weekend. It was a perfect place for us. Close to the beach but not the beach craziness. We really enjoyed this property.

Tristan Towers never disappoints. We have been staying there regularly since 2007 in several different units. The property is always clean, quiet, and well maintained. The pool was crystal clear and spotless as was the pool deck and our unit was clean and comfortable as well. The only chink in the armor is the access control. To access the property, unit, and amenities we were entitled to we had to juggle multiple numeric code numbers which was quite a headache. (especially since two of them didn't work when we arrived) Perhaps the HOA and property management might collaborate to consider updating access control to a smartphone based system such as OpenKey or VIZpin where practical. Regardless, we will be back again and again.
