Sophistication & Convenience; Urban Flat one block from Town Square

Well furnished, clean unit in a very nice quiet building. The building is in a great location very close to all of the restaurants and shops. Would definitely recommend. One of the better units we have stayed in in the last five years and we visit a couple of times per year.

Very hard mattress in master bedroom and very low toilets in bathrooms. Tub drains very slow on guest bathroom. Water temperature fluctuates in master bathroom shower. It goes from warm to ice cold to scolding hot back to warm.

However, I feel I would be remiss in not mentioning the codes involved to get around the building. From the garage the elevator needs a code - the safety issue is the elevator door closes and you must have a code for it to move. Our friend staying with us took a load of luggage down and got stuck in the elevator even with the code. Approximately 45 minutes later, the building super shut the circuit breaker and got it moving. We made our flight but not a good experience. Spoke to Apex and they said they would contact the building. Something to be aware of....

Most of the stay was good.MBR has poor circulation; AC did not properly cool that room. I called the property manager and a fan was sent the next day. However, whoever delivered the fan disrupted the lock in some way, and from that point on, it required that we manually activate the lock on the door. I would also suggest checking the large throw rug by the window and 2 white chairs; I believe it has fleas (I have flea bites after sitting in that area).

Great location downtown but also a fabulous well-equipped high end unit with covered parking. Photos and description exactly match what you’ll see upon entering the condo.

A couple of blocks away from the heart of Jackson, so we were able to walk everywhere. The unit is modern, spacious, nice toiletries and spotlessly clean. We would definitely stay again!
