Soothing Sounds of The Ocean Waves From Your Oceanfront Balcony

Great view of the ocean. Furnishings were good. People wete working just outside our condo, especially just by our bedroom window, drilling and hammering fir several days.

I loved that the unit is right on the beach. Has a pool too. Lots of dining in the area. Easy parking and access. I felt safe at night. Comfortable beds and sofa. I highly recommend

No elevator made getting luggage to/from room unsafe; pipes leaking on cars; spider on bed; TV reception very poor

The condo is right on beach just a half mile from Main Street. The unit is stocked with enough items in kitchen to prepare all meals. There is plenty of space for a couple. Communication with host was simple with quick responses. The biggest concern would be a need to update furniture (both living room and deck) and the throw rugs.

Wi-Fi could be better....going up three flights of stairs was rough taking everything back and forth from the beach

GREAT location! Check in could've been horrible, but the sweet ladies saved our bacon! We had a great trip and I would stay here again.

I am not able to give a review on this property. We were scheduled to check in on Saturday. Thursday I received a phone call from the booking place that we were not able to stay the week we requested. Apparently renovations were being done and would not be completed in time for our stay. To say I was upset is an understatement as we booked this vacation the end of December. Not sure why they would rent out a condo knowing renovations were going to be done around the time guests were supposed to check in.

Needs a little updating but it was a present 2 bed room condo.

The condo was clean but the carpets could use and update. The condo had a musty smell to it. But a purchase of some plug ins did the trick. We never did find the parking pass we were supposed to have. We are still waiting for our security deposit to be returned and it’s been a week since our stay Unfortunately we won’t be back

We had scaffolding that blocked some of our view. They worked just outside our bedroom window with hamming and drilling and sawing for a few days.

Disappointed that we had to make up our own beds upon arrival. There was no dishwasher pod in the linen bag as stated. The balcony railing was loose and could really stand to be replaced. The coffee maker only made warm coffee. Overall the unit could use some renovating.

Our condo had old dirty carpet and living area rug to the point you did not want to go barefoot. We had a call prior to check in that maintenance may be there when we arrive due to shower not cutting off completely. Since then we had to call back for the same issue and then had to call back for the sink not opening to drain in the same bathroom. I feel for the amount of money we paid that we should not have to worry about these issues and maintenance/plumber coming in 3 times during our stay. When asked after being frustrated about compensation we were told the owners would be notified but heard no follow up. Another thing was no toilet paper or paper towels to get started before going to the grocery. Not too much to ask in my opinion. Concluding on a good note we loved the location and view from the balcony!

Condo was typical 2 BR. Beautiful view. 3rd floor walk up was a little much. Otherwise, it was adequate.

The property was as described. Everything was clean when we arrived. Would stay again.

Our stay was bad someone pooped in the pool. It was okey til that happened, had to buy toilet tissue none in bathrooms.

Master bedroom stayed humid due to openings in BR door seal. We couldn’t check in on time due to housekeeping, even though they had from 10am to 4pm to clean. First time ever having to make beds. They could have at minimum made the beds due to their failure with check-in time. You could still feel dirt on floors throughout the place especially in the master bathroom. There was still food in cabinets above the stove when we checked in, we left in cabinet.

We had 5 people. 2 kids and 3 adults. The master bedroom is very spacious and plenty of room for a couple but the second bedroom is only 2 full size beds. Enough for 1 person each. Then a pull out couch. The pictures are much nicer looking than the actual place. It needs some updated but it did well for our 4 days there. There is no elevators. 3 flights of stairs up and down. There’s no fans in any rooms, but the AC is adjustable and we kept cool. The door to the balcony from the master is very hard to open. It was rather cramped for 5 people. The location is great. There isn’t a ton of people where we were so plenty of space on the beach and a very short walk out to the beach which was fantastic! The pool isn’t anything spectacular but the kids enjoyed it just swimming around. Parking was never an issue and super close to the condo and near all the fun stuff. If you’re needing somewhere to stay that is budget friendly then this would be it! If you want more luxury then this is not it. Not a bad stay at all! Quiet and quaint!

Great views and location however main bed is awful for you back. My husband had to see the chiropractor twice when we were there. Ended up moving to the twin beds after the second night. Doesn’t make for a romantic trip.
