The unit is in a great location—just a short walk to the beach—and looked exactly like the photos. It was clean, easy to find, and parking was simple. The pool and hot tub were well maintained, and we appreciated the storage closet on the balcony with leftover beach gear from previous guests.However, the service felt more like a 3-star hotel without a front desk. Communication was quick but impersonal, with auto-reply-style texts. Our door code didn’t work upon arrival at 4:30pm, and it took 15–20 minutes before we could access the unit. The listing mentioned a blender, but only the base was there. We reported it at 5pm and didn’t receive a replacement until 3pm the next day. The sofa-sleeper was also missing bedding, which didn’t arrive until the following day.The unit was relatively clean, but toiletries were only enough for one day. The ceiling was thin—you could hear every step from above. One window leaked during rain. Kitchenware included plenty of pots, pans, and dishes, but utensils were limited.We enjoyed our stay overall, but will likely choose a privately managed property next time for more responsive and personal service.

Bungalow 6 is a perfect condo for a small families. A comfortable king sized bed, plenty of clean linens, and a well supplied kitchen, this condo provides all the comforts of home! Beautifully decorated and well maintained, it’s a place you want to return to time and time again!

It was a very nice, clean condo and as close to the beach as you can possibly be across the street. I could throw a rock to the beach from this property. Close to everything else too and reasonable cost. We'd go back

The recent renovation with upgrades to the interior and exterior were an unexpected surprise. We split our time between the beach and pool and loved the convenience of both. Benchmark went above and beyond in helping us after the previous owner of our unit sold two months before our trip, and the folks at Benchmark were helpful and accommodating in making sure we were able to enjoy peace of mind on our family vacation!
