Somerset 809 Coastal to the Fullest

The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The view from the balcony was outstanding! Everything was as described online. We will return to this rental in the future!

Beach view was fantastic from the balcony with easy access. Great location for access to restaurants also. Will be back again.

Great! Location was exactly what we wanted, right on the beach. Condo had all necessary amenities and great communication with property owners.

We had a great stay. Check-in was very easy. Everything was waiting for us. This condo is nicely appointed. Everything is just as pictured. You couldn’t ask for a better location on Marco. The view is amazing. The beach is right out the back door. Stop by the unit’s storage locker and grab supplies for a great day on the sand. We didn’t get in the pool, but it looks very well-maintained. We would love to stay here again.

Positive: Great location and view, very secure property. Negative: Lacked basic toiletries, bathmats, spare paper towels, floor needed better cleaning, ice maker broken. Two pools, but both are relatively small.

Great property and location. Smooth check in. Property Managers were very helpful with special request for my son who has a medical issue. Condo could use more cutlery, glassware etc. Highly recommend.

Great location. Private portion of a beautiful beach. Steps away from the sand. Far enough away from the hotels to not be bothered by the hotel beach goers. Clean condo. Spacious. Gorgeous views sun up to sun down. Hosted by family of 4 perfectly .

My husband and I enjoyed our stay in this modern and clean condo during the first week in November. By far, the best feature of this unit is its location, situated within a very short distance from the beach, and the large balcony offering gorgeous views of the water and the soothing sound of the waves. The access to beach chairs/umbrellas from the downstairs storage unit was very useful. Katalina and Kurt were responsive and helpful – they promptly resolved any issues that came up during our stay. The condo offers very basic amenities. It does not provide bodywash/shampoo and there is only one additional toilet paper roll rationed for a full week of stay. Although the kitchen is well stocked with cookware, utensils and tools, some cooking necessities are missing, such as oil and spices. This was a bit disappointing considering the high price of the condo and the many additional fees (including an added HOA fee of $150 charged after booking). Overall, it was an enjoyable stay and we would recommend this condo to others.
