This was our first trip to Marco Island and this property was just perfect. The views and location couldn’t have been better. The unit was clean, spacious and had everything we needed for our vacation. Would highly recommend this spot for a relaxing, stress free vacation.

Check in was very simple, place was clean and as described. We had a wonderful vacation.

I am very happy with the stay. The location of the property is awesome. The distance to the places we wanted to go were very short. No long drives and there was very little traffic. The distribution of the apartment is spacious and made us feel like home. I will certainly come back to Somerset 305.

Somerset Condos on Marco Island was a wonderful staycation for our family. We loved our time together without having to travel far to be in a beautiful location.

Condo was lovely. Everything we needed. There were a couple things I wish we knew prior to check in. We arrived after 4 p.m. and the guard at the gate was gone. We waited for a while until someone entering came in and they let us in after we explained we were renters. Other than that, the place is awesome. Great location on the beach. Would definitely rent again.

Well kept updated

Beautiful view for sunset and to sit on the patio. Lovely unit, well maintained. Covered parking. Pool is heated just enough that it is wonderful. Would stay here again!

Communication was excellent before we arrived and made check in very easy. Condo was described perfectly so no surprises. It was exceptionally clean. Great views and outstandingly large balcony. Very comfortable and perfectly sized bedrooms. I will stay here again!

Very good. Owner/manager responsive: new TV system just installed several days before and did not work. He came promptly to trouble shoot and instruct us. 4 TVs each with different system, and no instructions. Confusing. Fan in bath near lanai very loud; likely broken but must be on for lights to be on. Needs repair/replacement

My sister & I stayed here for 10 days. Everything was as stated in their description. We love the Somerset building with the close proximity to the beach, 2 pools on both ends, everything gated, & walking distance to fabulous restaurants. Would definitely stay again in this unit.

We were very pleased with the condo overall. It is beautiful and well appointed. For 2 couples, there was plenty of room and everyone could gather in the living area and sit comfortably. We did have an issue with the electrical in both bathrooms. The gfi would trip when anything was plugged in and we would have to reset it. We did not dry or curl our hair in the bathrooms. They have updated the unit for the most part but have a few things to finish up. The managers were very quick to respond to any issues. The only other issue, not the managers fault, was that they are painting the outside of the building so it was noisy and the pool on our side of the building was closed. Overall, I would recommend this lovely condo on a beautiful beach with lots of great restaurants near by!

The unit was very clean and had plenty of beach toys for the kids. Only vacation I can recall my wife wanting to stay longer. We had a great time and very convenient to restaurants and to the beach. The only thing I would mention which a few others have mentioned is the lack of a shower in the master bath. Thankfully we are only 4 and I was able to shower in the other bathroom. My kids loved the bath but sometimes you just want to get in and out.

Everything was excellent. The room was in perfect condition, and the host was very responsive to any questions we had. Highly recommend, and can’t wait to come back!

We cancelled our trip to Marco Island, FL due to severe weather. We notified the host, yes it was last minute, but he basically said unless Florida orders evacuation we could not cancel. Gov. Ron DeSantis, on what would have been day 2 of our 7 day trip, declared an emergency for Collier county writing, heavy rain and floods has affected the operational capability of critical infrastructure, including major interstates, roadways, schools, and airports. The National Weather Service warned of life-threatening flooding that was ongoing in Collier county. I was not going to subject my family to ANYTHING life threatening, so we cancelled our trip and the host was unwilling to work with my family on this. I offered to rebook at a future date and he basically said I am keeping your money. Common decency and proper etiquette seems in order but these folks have none of that.
