SOMERSET 114 - Three Bedroom with Two Master Suites and Cabana Room!!

Wonderful family vacation spot. The apartment is clean, well equipped and furnished. It has a great location and access to beach. Beach equipment needs to be inspected for possible replacements. We look forward to staying at The Somerset again.

Loved the condo… first floor overlooking pool, close to beach access, clean, modern- had everything we needed for week at the beach…including private, dedicated (parking) garage and pickleball courts…highly recommend!

Some of the bedding could be replaced! Toilet paper holders loose and a paint touch-up! Overall great location!

The property is nice. Condo was clean. Back bedroom gets very hot compared to rest of condo. Vacuum didn't work. could use a few more things in kitchen. The rules are excessive. We hung our towels out for a couple hours to dry and received notice on our door almost immediately. preferred not to put them on furniture or wash and dry constantly. Didn't know they would be working on beach access right in front of us and although walking to the other end was fine it was the constant working, noise and sawdust and activity that became really annoying. The cabana room was nice but tv didn't work and couches were electronic and didn't work. Nice option on rainy days for kids or if they got bored. Have to be careful on off season because there was a lot of activity/working around building that was distracting and annoying.

We have traveled on many beach vacations and this one may have ranked as our favorite! The location of 114 Somerset is BY FAR the most convenient location we have ever rented. It’s steps (literally) from the pool and the ocean is a super short walk away. The only feedback we would give is that we wished they used codes instead of keys as having five people and only two sets of keys was not always convenient. The full size washer and dryer was fabulous to have and the island was not crowded at all during our stay. Property management company was excellent and extremely responsive - even gave us two great restaurant suggestions. We liked it so much we offered the buy the unit if the owners ever were willing to sell!!!

We have stayed at Somerset for many years in many different condos. This unit is clean, nice and has lots of space. It is on the first floor, allowing for easy beach/pool access. The stairs are not great to get to the beach, but can be carefully navigated. My only complaint is with Somerset, not this specific unit, and that it is a little too uptight…our friends got in trouble for a kayak near their condo and we rented a little scooter that the condo would not let us park in the garage, which had about 100 open spaces. A huge bummer. And, the pools are very plain (and don’t allow amy pool toys) for the price of the rentals-which has increased significantly in the last couple of years. The game room in the condo is a big hit for the kids and they supply every beach accessory you would need. Overall, it’s in the top 20% of condos we have rented at Somerset.

the convenience of the deck spiral stairway to ground level below, the storage area below is well stocked and could serve as a convenient play area also in rainy weather...tv, furniture

Would definitely rent again. Marco Island is now my favorite place in Florida.
