Solstice 15 Modern, Luxurious, Peaceful & Convenient Ski & Golf Condo

Very spacious condo, lots of beds, great insulation between units (couldn't here neightbors). Nicely furnished, and excellent value.

The location is near everything,

Not a bad place to stay, but the TV didn't work, the lighting was subpar, and carpet was torn. This is a nice unit, but it needs a little TLC.

Parking for extra guests difficult, living room Furniture needs to be replaced with tv.

The condo was nice & looked just like the pictures. However, the listing’s rooms are inaccurate. There are only 3 bedrooms and the loft. The property listing has an extra bedroom listed. But we still made the space work! The restrooms don’t have locks on the doors but it wasn’t a major issue. The only issue we had was the thermostat. It only sets to heat so we weren’t able to turn on the AC and it was hot at night. Definitely not an issue during the colder months, but can be one during the warmer ones.

Excellent place to stay.

We have stayed here for many years and have enjoyed it very much. The community hot tub is normally not busy. The kitchen is well equipped. Shuttle picks up just a few hundred yards from the condo. Super convenient getting to and from Eagle Lodge.

Beautiful place and location. Home was very close to bus stop and all locations you would visit in Mammoth. Host was very responsive and helpful. All information provided for the home was really helpful during our stay. Very clean and spacious for big families. Underground covered garage was a great plus, especially after a big snow storm. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay at the condo with another family. Plenty of room for everyone! The hot tub was nice as well as the underground parking.

Lovely property. Quiet. Nice gated entry. Elevator from garage was a nice touch. Hot tub was super hot and clean. The bathrooms make the property a bit challenging for larger groups. One is in a master suite and not accessible if the people in that room are sleeping for the night. So felt more like a one bath. The bathrooms also did not have locks on the doors. Lots of storage for snow gear! Beds are FIRM. Location is ideal. 5 mins to village parking, 5-10 to Canyon parking. 5 mins to grocery. Made the stay easy.

No complaints. Location and house was nice. Only negative was community jacuzzi was down during visit, but not anything that the owner could control.

The property is easy to access and the owner is great at communicating. He sent the handyman to resolve the problem right away and was very responsible for the situation. And the property provided many things that we needed, especially in the kitchen. The unit is very close to the parking lot so it is easy to access, load and unload stuff. The only thing I would say that was a negative was that the WiFi was very inconsistent and slow.But overall we had a great time and made some great memories.

Spacious and well appointed condo near Eagle. Our group of five people and two dogs fit easily into this comfortable and well appointed condo. Easy check in and out and very clean!

Family trip to fly fish and see Yosemite. This was very convenient and served our need. Wish the grill would have worked.

Overall the condo was great and comfortable- except the heating system didn’t work properly and we couldn’t get any replay from the property management company over the weekend. There were several light bulbs that were burnt out, the light over the kitchen table (the dimmer switch is broken and the light can only be on as a strobe light so dinners were dark), main floor bathroom 1 of 2 lights were out so it was also dark. There were no replacement bulbs either. Big issue for us was the front door. This absolutely needs repaired. We were told the key pad might not work (which it didn’t) but neither did the door. The lock system in the door jam is broken and the door sticks. Plenty of sleeping space for 2 families. Lots of towels. Still only 5 coffee cups though. Lots of plates/glasses/utensils.

Property was very well located,close to golf and the village. Need more than 4 coffee cups we had 8 coffee drinkers also a couple of the beds need to be replaced ( mattress) other that we enjoyed our stay.

Had a nice time in Mammoth at Solstice 15. Condo was spacious enough for 8 adults and 2 dogs. Kitchen needs a little TLC. Knives were dull, freezer cannot accommodate ice cream (turned into soft serve) and oven was slow to heat up to right temp. Living room and bedrooms are so nice and cozy. Everyone had a great time! We had a great time during our stay at the condo. It is a good size for a large extended family, with many bedrooms and beds. The kitchen was well equipped. It also was really nice to be able to bring dogs. We were somewhat disappointed with the condition of the condo, however. The worn state of furniture and carpets was not minded, as I understand that given the pet friendly nature of the unit. So many other things were broken or not working well though. Window cranks were broken on the majority of the windows, blinds also were not in good condition, both shower heads don't work well, the upstairs toilet was plugged upon arrival, and the front door entry keypad/door knob rarely worked. All in all I would recommend the condo for a large family stay, but agree with other reviews that some maintenance is warranted.

From the moment we booked, they were responsive and attentive to our needs, providing helpful tips and recommendations for making the most of our time in Mammoth Lakes. Our family is already looking forward to our next visit. This will definitely be our go-to place whenever we return to the area. Highly recommended for families and groups looking for a comfortable and conveniently located home base for their adventures!
