Stayed Dec 31, 1969Five of us stayed here for 3 nights in July. The condo was spacious, had a great kitchen and bathrooms. The beds were comfortable. Overall, it was great. The only real issue, is that it was very warm because there is no air conditioning at the property. I called the property manager and he immediately brought over 2 large fans, which were very helpful. He explained that none of the buildings in town have a/c since it wasn't needed until the last year or two.

Kitchen was equipped for what you’d need although missing a few things like a blender and a cutting board. Coffee maker could use an upgrade. Overall this is a very nice, clean and comfortable condo. Thank you for having us. We’d go back.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Property is well located with excellent view EXCEPT one of the windows was broken and boarded up with plywood which detracted from the view and general ambiance. I do believe this should have been disclosed to me before check-in. This is why I do not give this 5 stars.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We were there for Blues Fest. Good location to be able to walk to the music and play golf across the street. The highway is louder than I expected. The garage is great. The unit was very clean. The carpets need to be replaced.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We rented this condo for 4 days during spring break and it was a perfect size for 2 adults and two kids. Super clean when we arrived and the underground parking was easy to use, with an elevator to get to the main level of the complex. Things that I look for in a rental were all there: enough seating for everyone to relax, a nice kitchen to make snacks, and enough beds and bathrooms to keep everyone happy.
