With spectacular full mountain views, this 2 bedroom + loft, 3 bathroom condo

has been completely remodeled with no detail left unfinished. The full

modernized kitchen features slate flooring, stainless steel appliances,

granite countertops and a beautiful spiral staircase leading up to the loft.

There is seating for 6 at the dining table, with an additional 3 at the

kitchen bar. The kitchen opens into the living area where you can entertain

around the custom stone fireplace and large flat smart screen television with

DVD player. The custom spiral staircase in the kitchen leads up to the loft

area where there are two twin beds each with a twin trundle for a total of 4

Twins. The master bedroom downstairs features a Queen bed, and relax in style

while you watch your favorite movie from the television with DVD player. The

attached private bathroom with slate flooring and walk-in shower. The second

bedroom was spared no attention to detail as well. New furnishings throughout

including rustic Queen bedding, television with DVD player and private

attached bathroom with slate flooring. There is even a full third bathroom

with shower on the main floor, as well as private washer and dryer downstairs.

All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to

enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness

facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. The Snowflower complex is

conveniently located near town and the Snowcreek golf course, making it a

perfect getaway winter or summer! This condo sleeps up to 8 people and comes

with 2 outdoor parking spaces. Guests will be provided two parking passes. If

more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office

for alternative options. There are 2 stairs to the unit, 3 levels inside the

unit, and no smoking, and no pets are permitted. Please Note: This property

makes use of surveillance equipment outside the home. Cameras are located in

the front of the home monitoring the front door. Our calendar is updated in

    Great Condo for a family getaway! We loved lounging by the fireplace, while enjoying the breathtaking views of the snow falling and the snow capped mountains! The kitchen was stocked with all of our cooking essentials, and the dining room table was perfect for family game nights. The location was ideal for easy access to some of our favorite restaurants and the grocery store.

    Annual trip to see the fall colors. Condo was very nice. Party of 3, so we used the 2 downstairs bedrooms. Each bedroom had a separate well-equipped bathroom and shower. We did not use the loft, but it could comfortably accommodate another 4 people. The living areas were very spacious and can comfortably seat 10-12 people for dinner or a ball game. Drawbacks - cable TV system, and wall heating units took a lot of work to get right - and there were no instructions for either. 30-day non-refundable cancellation policy is the most restrictive I have ever experienced. Fortunately, we did not have to cancel the trip, otherwise it would have been a real hassle.

    This was a great place to stay - it had plenty of space to accommodate our large party of ten comfortably. It has a stylish interior with many great amenities such as a fireplace, full kitchen, several bathrooms, a balcony, etc etc etc. It is also just a few minutes drive from a plaza with a grocery store, ski/snowboard rentals, and a shuttle pick up area that will take you to and from Mammoth Mountain. We were all very pleased with the smooth check in and check out process and very happy with our stay.

    This unit was just what our group needed for MLK weekend trip. Great for the 10 of us but some did have to sleep on the couch so look at pictures for full sleep arrangements.
