upgraded 3 bedroom + loft, 4.5 bathroom townhome, fully renovated with

hardwood flooring, stone and new carpets throughout. Cozy up on the large

sectional sofa and get warm by the wood burning fireplace while relaxing after

a long day in the outdoors. The open floorplan allows for easy entertaining,

and with a fully stocked kitchen, dining area that comfortably seats 10, enjoy

the space perfect for entertaining. This property is ideal for large families

as every room has a private en-suite, and there are are two main master

suites. The downstairs master suite features access to the lower balcony, King

bed, flatscreen Smart TV, and en-suite bathroom with double vanity, stand-up

shower and walk-in closet. The second downstairs bedroom features a Queen bed,

private en-suite bathroom with tub and access to the lower level patio. The

upstairs master suite features a King bed, home office space to work remotely,

flatscreen Smart TV, a large en-suite bathroom with dual vanity, soaking tub,

and walk-in shower. The loft has two day beds, each with a twin pull out

trundle bed for a total of 4 twin beds, flatscreen Smart TV and Xbox 360

gaming console, the perfect hang out spot for the kids, with it's own en-suite

full bathroom. Complete with games and it's own putting green, what more could

they want! This home has a private laundry room with washer/dryer, a 2-car

double garage with storage for bikes and driveway that can accommodate 1-2

the Snowcreek Athletic Club where all guests receive complimentary full access

to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness

of 10 people, is non-smoking, and pets are not permitted. It is a split level

townhome with 3 stories. There are approx. 5 steps to the front door, garage

    This is a decent and clean place to stay - very basic. The owners have not kept an eye toward making a comfortable stay for renters. The main master bedroom has a small, temporary clothes rack out in the room - while the actual closet is locked. There is one bedside lamp in the master that is a floor lamp with the switch on the floor behind the lamp - you have to stretch with your foot to operate it. There are no lamps in the living room, so that means if you have the ceiling lights on in the living space - people in the loft have those in their eyes. There also is no hot water recirculation pump - the wait for hot water is looong.

    We had a blast staying at this property during a large family trip. The location is ideal and the house was roomy and had all the amenities needed, I would definitely recommend this to anyone visiting Mammoth

    The house was very well maintained and newly and tastefully decorated. One of the nicest places we have stayed in Mammoth but also the most pricey but seemed reasonable. The kitchen was well stocked for the max number of occupancy and the seating arrangement was great for eating and games. Only issue we had was the amount of snow that was dumped right before check in which totally blocked the front door for the whole stay. However access through the garage worked out. Would recommend the owners to provide a snow shovel so that the guests could clear some snow around the garage and maybe the front door as we would have done that. We could not get 2 cars into garage because the drive way was not fully cleared width wise so the third car needed to be parked across the street in a parking space that thankfully was clear and able to be used. The bedrooms and bathrooms were modern and clean. So overall would highly recommend this place as everyone in our group liked it a lot which is a tough to accomplish.

    Very nice townhouse and location. Had a great time. Very open and inviting. Great for hosting a large family or group. One negetive involved Snowcreek Property Management: no notice posted or relayed to us about maintenance being done to the exterior of all the townhouses at the lodges. Scary to wake up to workers climbing up ladders and accessing our balconies and roof areas by our open windows at 7am in the morning!!!!

    Last minute (following late April snowfall 2'+) trip for 4 people, each person had their own space and private bath. Great value and wonderful place to stay, close to Snowcreek Athletic Club. Choice of hot tub areas - near the Lodges or at Club. Townhouse was spacious, comfortable with gas barbecue and completely stocked kitchen.
