This light and bright 2 bedroom plus loft, 3 bathroom home has endless

mountain views and scenery perfect for your dream retreat to Mammoth Lakes!

This townhome is located in the quiet Snowcreek Phase 5 neighborhood and is

one of the most sought after neighborhoods in Mammoth. The main open plan

living level is equipped with a large leather couch and chairs, 50 flatscreen

TV, cozy gas fireplace, and forced air heating. The large windows throughout

offer natural light to flood into both the living and dining areas. The

updated kitchen has ample space and is fully stocked for making family

dinners. The home has hardwood flooring throughout, and a private laundry room

with washer and dryer gets the chores done. The master bedroom with new

furniture on the main level boasts a King bed with Serta mattress, 27

flatscreen TV, and private newly remodeled en-suite bathroom with double

vanity and walk-in shower with tile. The second bedroom, also on the main

level, has a Queen bed with a Twin rollaway bed in the closet, and a 27

flatscreen TV, with access to the shared hallway bathroom. The loft upstairs

features a King bed and a private full bathroom! All guests receive

complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities

including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga,

pilates and cycle studio and more. This home sleeps a maximum of 7 people, is

non-smoking and pets are permitted (one dog upon approval). There are 2 steps

to this unit and there are 2 levels inside. Guests will be provided two

    Great location! Close to trails and town. Property well maintained and nice seating for relaxing and eating. The balcony with seating for four and bbq was terrific! Would definitely stay here again!

    Great place! We moved from another place just up the street & was pleasantly surprised how much nicer it was. Only thing was the stairs, they are very slippery even without snow on your boots. Should put removable carpet treds that you can buy on Amazon!

    The accommodations were just as expected, clean and spacious. Only one issue, the fan in the master has a sensor and kept coming on throughout the night and is loud.

    The condo was spacious and the location was great. The only reason I am not giving it five stars is because the mattress in the downstairs guest bedroom left a bit to be desired. Also, all of the beds had a sheet and light blanket and there were no extra blankets. Management said that housekeeping was too busy and would do their best to provide extra blankets, but we never received any.

    The location of this home was perfect for us as it was a short drive to the Village and town as well as centrally located between the lakes we fish at. The place was roomy, clean and nicely decorated. We would definitely stay there again.

    Some minor things missing that make the difference between feeling pampered and not - laundry soap, a clean sheet for 7th bed, coffee, sugar, kitchen containers, snow shovels, and the likes. the fireplace doesn't work.

    Our second stay at this unit. Great location. Upstairs so you won't be bothered by hearing ski boots trampling on the floor. The kitchen is especially well equipped. Main bedroom bed is comfortable and medium firm. Second bedroom on main floor needs a new bed. Two people sink to the middle like on a hammock. Will definitely rent this unit again.

    The home was open and airy, very clean with a fully stocked kitchen (pots and pan, containers, wine glasses, etc. There is only salt and pepper, so if you need spices, bring your own. The rooms had nice warm bedding and everything was very clean. I highly recommend this property.

    Everything went perfect! This was our first winter visit as we are regular summer visitors and it was great. Our condo was perfect except for one important recommendation: to replace the guest bedroom mattress! It’s an old spring mattress with a hard piece of foam- badly needs updating! Otherwise a beautiful, clean place to stay!

    Spacious condo with well appointed furnishings in clean condition. Would recommend this unit and will plan on staying there in future. Nice complex but all jacuzzi’s were not working which was disappointing. This rental provided access to Snowcreek Athletic Club so drove there to hit the hit tub and steam room post skiing.
