This beautiful property features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and is located in the

quiet community of the highly sought after Snowcreek Phase V. Enjoy sweeping

mountain views off the back deck complete with gas grill, or watch a movie on

the flatscreen TV and cozy up next to the gas fireplace. The fully stocked

kitchen and living room feature vaulted ceilings and an open floorplan.



The master bedroom upstairs features a King bed, flatscreen TV and en-suite

full bathroom. The second master bedroom is located downstairs and also

features an attached private bathroom, Queen bed, flatscreen TV and outdoor

access to the downstairs deck with mountain views. The third bedroom is

perfect for singles and is equipped with two sets of bunk beds (4 Twin beds in

total) and a flatscreen TV. There is a hallway bathroom and separate laundry

room with no wet ski clothes in the morning!



This home offers a private 1-car garage with driveway parking for another

vehicle. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic

Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full

fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. Guests will be

provided one parking pass. If more parking is required than what is allotted,

    Very clean and spacious place. Kitchen well equipped. All bedrooms have comfortable beds and bathrooms clean. We had a very comfortable and relaxed stay.

    Great place for two families. Great location, has everything you need and feels comfortable. Be aware that if you have a longer vehicle (truck) it will not fit in the garage. Thanks for use of the condo!

    My family will always make the best of a bad situation and this is the second year we had to experience smoke inhalation & forestry closures. Absolutely horrible and businesses are suffering. As far as the property is concerned, our rental had three(3) fundamental problems: 1. The balcony was torn apart, unusable, could not bbq, or enjoy the sunsets. And the Reservation Service did not offer any explanation or notice of this major discrepancy and danger. Truly negligent! 2. The bread toaster needs to be replaced because it will cause an electrical shortage. The toaster heating elements are fragile. 3. A kitchen cabinet drawer hinge is broken. The casted hinge cracked. Replace it. 4. One of the heavy dining chairs has a broken foot rear. The wooden cross piece broke away from the nail. 5. Have an electrician do one of the following: - place the microwave & toaster oven on different circuit - increase the circuit breaker amperage rating for which the microwave & toaster oven share. The circuit breaker keeps shorting. The property is wonderful and I would rent this same property again but there are a few death traps waiting to happen. I can avoid them but the average Renter will fall victim to the problems mentioned above. Liability problems are at knocking at your door. My family loves Snowcreek and all the amenities and would recommend this property to friends providing all the problems mentioned are fixed. Aside from the balcony, everything else is an easy fix. Get to it!!!

    Pros- accommodates 8. 1-queen bed, 1-king, 2-twin bunk beds (4). Washer and dryer worked well. Washer takes small loads but get clothes clean. Kitchen was welled stocked. Everything was in working order except 1 lamp Cons-house is an attached unit shares a common wall and balcony. House has a lot of carpet that wasn't very clean. Overall House was surface clean upon arrival.

    Staying at this location was a great experience. Check in and out was a fast and contactless experience. The location was perfect. Especially having the meadow in the backyard where the kids were able to sled. There were only a few minor problems that could easily be fixed. One of the double stoves was not working properly. The coffee maker was also having some issues and the down stairs tv remote wouldn't work. Again, these were minor issues and would not stop me from returning and recommending this great rental.
