I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I liked the spaciousness of the kitchen - dining - living room. The upstairs loft does fit the four beds fine, but would have been a little tight for larger teenagers with luggage. We had 8 people total and were comfortable. Downstairs bedrooms were very comfortable and clean. Place was well appointed and comfortable.

Reviewer Comments: Easy check-in, just follow the address provided in confirmation email with Google map, very easy to locate to entrance.The place faces to a open ground (looks like a park) with mountain view, super beautiful and peaceful.

Stayed Jan 2, 2024Short trip with our teens. Very clean and comfortable. Appreciate the little details for bathroom with shower wash, lotions and extra towels. Beautiful views from master bedroom and balcony

I absolutely hated the carpet. it was poorly maintained, it was visibly dirty and smelled. would stay at snow creek but not in the same condo

Magnificent view of the mountains and opens onto a big meadow. Front door code entry is fantastic. Guests could come and go without a key. Easy check-in and check-out. Next time we visit Mammoth, 302 Fascination will be our first choice.

Reviewer Comments: We live staying at Snowcreek but 302 needs updating ie carpet, paint, curtains, cabinets. Although the bedding, bathrooms, and kitchen are clean there’s dust on the furnishings and pieces of trash under the beds. The view from the condo is beautiful though and we love the location on the meadow!
