This is a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, single level, property located in Snowcreek Phase 2. It has a maximum occupancy of 4, which includes children of all ages. TOML-CPAN-14475.

Park in the lot nearest the property. Walk your building's pathway, then up a set of exterior steps to the front door. Use your access code to enter through the front door to where you'll find the entire property on the main level.

Properties are prepared for arrival with professionally laundered and sanitized bedding, linen and towels.
⬧ Beds are made with a mattress cover, fitted sheet, a down free comforter in between two flat sheets with pillowcases on the pillows.

Reviewer Comments: Everything about the unit was good, except the same thing that seems to be true of Snowcreek condos: The lack of adequate lighting in lamps for reading, especially, and some overhead. We ended up buying a couple of stronger light bulbs. (The web site picture obviously has additional lighting for the picture.) Otherwise great.

The deadbolt strike plate is held on by one screw, but still worked. Other than that, the room is one we will keep on returning to because of its great location.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Good location and condition although heat in bedroom does not function well and lighting poor. When WiFi went out second day of 4 day stay, staff were unreachable through the phone numbers given. Impossible to leave voicemail, tried multiple times. Left texts on “emergency” number never apparently received. Left a day early because needed wifi to work.
