This remodeled 3 bedroom + loft, 2 bathroom spacious Townhouse in Mammoth

Lakes California is located next to the Snowcreek meadow with spectacular

mountain views and the creek just outside the door. Cozy up together in the

living area with pellet stove, large flatcreen Smart TV, and enjoy those

incredible expansive views. The updated kitchen comes completely stocked with

all the kitchenware of home, beautiful stone counter tops, has plenty of

seatingfor your large group in the dining area that seats 8, and is even

ready for your little ones too with an in-condo pack-n-play, baby gate, and

highchair. There is a gas grill located on the upper balcony, private

washer/dryer gets the chores done, boot warmer/dryer, free WiFi, and all this

The master bedroom features a relaxing ambiance with King bed, private

attached bathroom, flatscreen TV. The second bedroom offers a California King

bed and flatscreen TV, while the third features a Queen bed, flatscreen TV and

access to the lower level balcony where you can step out on to the meadow and

down to the creek. The loft is perfect for the younger visitors featuring 2

sets of Twin bunk beds, a powder room, and a flatscreen TV for entertaining.

The home also comes with a secure external equipment storage closet at the

entrance, and a handy wagon for loading/unloading.



Snowcreek offers luxurious, grassy knolls, spas, saunas, and a quiet

    We had a great week staying at this location. The view of Mammoth Rock through the Aspens is awesome. You can walk out the door right into the meadow. A walk to town for coffee or meals is so convenient. The property is well kept with all the amenities you need to make great memories. The table is big enough for gathering and playing games. Well furnished and up to date while still being comfortable. We’ll be back next year.

    Very clean and spacious. Well stocked with bathroom and kitchen supplies, we had a great stay. Would be nice if the hot tub stayed open until 10 and if the front door had a numeric lock rather than having to pick up keys, but those are very minor quibbles.

    Condo was clean. Kitchen was nice. The loft with the 2 bunk beds was great for the kids (ages 4-8) but also too far from parents 2 levels down in the bedrooms. Internet/tv/remotes were not user friendly and we lost internet a few times and had to reset the modem. This was our main issue as we were working/schooling. Also, the unit is hard to find and not very close to the parking. We did find the propane tank empty on the grill and it was taken care of quickly so we could grill.

    With plenty of room and nice appointed bedroom and living areas, we had the best accommodations at this condo in Snowcreek. Good sized kitchen and a great dining area. The view of Mammoth Rock from the living room and balcony was such a treat! Contactless key exchange and helpful associative to answer questions before our trip. Will definitely book this unit again!

    Unit was well maintained. Need to adjust the freezer drawer as it sticks a bit. Need to replace the vent fan in the guest bath as it is ultra loud. Loved the condo and would stay there again.
