Had a comfortable stay with 4 adults and two kids. The location is nice and quiet and the bike trail is easy to access. Will stay in unit again.
My two sons, two grandkids and I had great, quite time in mammoth. We rode bikes, hiked and picnicked at the lakes.
The unit was nice, clean and well kept. It would be nice if the older sofa in the loft was replaced by a single or twin bed.
I adored this condo. I've been coming to Mammoth once a year for about 20 years now and stayed in lots of different condominiums and rooms. This has been been by far one of my favorites. It's really cozy, the layout is great, it was incredibly clean, the kitchen was well-stocked with dishes/utensils/cooking utensils/etc., and the piano was the icing on the cake for my musical friends and I. The carpet throughout the home took a little getting used to, and if you struggle with being messy or if you have kids (or adults!) who tend to spill a lot, it may be an issue for you. However, we loved having carpet because you don't have to step on cold floor. Overall one of my best Mammoth experiences ever, and if it's available next year we will be back!
Three nights, very easy check in/out. The condo was very clean and well setup for several guests. I would have preferred a Keurig coffee maker instead of the standard drip coffee maker. The carpeting in the baths seemed a bit odd. Otherwise, it was great!
We were very comfortable with the accommodations. The beds were perfect. The kitchen was very well supplied. Would have liked a container for the recycle items and better lighting in the dining and living room area. Everything else was perfect. Thank you for renting your condo.

This loft was very roomy. It had just about everything we needed for our 3 nights stay. There was a misunderstanding with an additional parking pass that was approved prior to our arrival and a 20% discount I was supposed to receive for booking within 5 days but did not receive which is why property management received 2 stars other than that our stay was wonderful.
We went to fish and hang out with friends who own a condo in the building next to this one. It was an okay stay but it's so, so dated. It was clean, but everything looked very old. Honestly we used it only for sleeping in. Just add a couple modern things, like a TV or two that aren't 25 years old. It smells of dog or cat urine in downstairs master bedroom. If we hadn't had our friends condo to hang out in I would be upset that I rented this place.
