This comfy and cozy remodeled condo features flat screen TV's in every room,

including a new 55 Samsung Smart TV in the living room, complimentary hi-

speed WIFI throughout. The condo has beautiful vaulted ceilings, a custom

stone wood-burning fireplace, private washer/dryer, sofa bed in the living

room with a foam topper. There is an additional TV and sitting area in the

loft upstairs. Featuring an outdoor balcony with bistro table and chairs,

diningroom with seating for six, bar area, and more!



The master bedroom has a California King bed with a comfortable foam mattress

topper and attached bathroom with separate vanity area. The enclosed loft

upstairs is like a second private living area! It features a Twin bed with

additional Twin trundle, each with a foam topper (for a total of 2 Twin beds),

a nice leather sofa (also a sofa bed) and flat screen TV with DVD player.

There is a second bathroom upstairs that has been remodeled and wont

disappoint. Guests have access to the on-site shared jacuzzi and sauna. All

guests receive complimentary full access to the offsite Snowcreek Athletic

Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full

fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more.



This is an upstairs unit with 14 covered steps to to the front door and the

secure private ski closet. There are 2 levels inside, and no smoking or pets

are permitted. This unit now has new high speed WIFI internet throughout. This

unit sleeps a maximum of 6 people and comes with two outdoor parking spaces.

Guests will be provided two parking passes. If more parking is required than

what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. Our

    Nice clean condo in good location, but one window didn't close and the rear screen door also didn't close. I left a message immediately, but never heard back. Also I didn't like the 5pm check in and 10 am checkout. It feels like a whole day is taken away

    An unusual early snow storm blanketed Mammoth Lakes with snow. It felt like winter. The area looks beautiful after snow. The condo was comfortable and warm but some things need a few improvements. Two knobs of the electric range had no markings and can easily be turned to a wrong setting. Kitchen linens were lacking, just one old discolored towel. We purchased some ourselves. Supplies provided were either very small or cheap products. The carpet is in need of replacement.

    Adequate for a family of 4. Not too far from the market or the slopes. Ample outdoor parking (I have a large truck) The property matches the description regarding layout and amenities - it was clean. My only complaint was that the drains were slow. Water would fill up the basin while taking a shower - and I had to unclog the toilet after light use. I chose to stay here a second time because of the familiarity. On the next visit, I will seek another property just to mix it up not because of any issues. I choose to go with Mammoth Reservations and not VRBO or AIR BnB because of the outstanding customer service. These folks are great.

    Very difficult to find at night as there are no lighted roads or building numbers. Very large apartment-like complex. Overall the condo is a bit dated, especially in the kitchen. The sliding door was unable to lock, but being on second floor I wasn't too concerned. Cute loft area for older kids. Felt a bit cramped in master and living room...lots of furniture. Still it was cozy. TV/Cable/Netflix was great in the main room. Wish it was in the master also. Internet worked well. Location was good. Close to everything, but far enough away from the town. Disappointed that there is no view from the condo.

    Property was as advertised. Neat and clean and provided a great end of day space for us. Kitchen was well stocked, access to the fitness centre was a plus!
