Located just 300 feet from the beach access with restrooms, this light-filled retreat boasts an inviting open floor plan, stylish updates, and a cozy cottage feel. The spacious living area is perfect for relaxing after a day in the sun, while the fully equipped kitchen features contemporary finishes and appliances. The three well-appointed bedrooms provide plenty of space for family and guests, and the two updated bathrooms offer modern touches.

Enjoy morning coffee or evening cocktails on your private back patio, soaking in the sea breeze.
Sit on the front porch in rocking chairs and watch the waves or listen to the ocean. With easy beach access, this condo is in an ideal location.

Condo also features a dining room, well-appointed game room and in unit washer and dryer. Bath linens and bedding are included and kitchen is fully stocked, just bring your groceries.

This is a one of three attached condos in one building. The original building was built in the 70's and was a motel with efficiency units. We have tried to preserve the old charm with modern amenities. You may notice some uneven areas in floors or waves in concrete walls as evidence of it's vintage charm.

Our stay was great! Condo was as described, and to be honest, the pictures didn't do it justice. It is beautiful and had lots of space for all 5 of us. Communication with the property owner was easy, even before we got there, and he happened to be in one of the other units so any issues we had, it was easy to ask him for help. We will definitely recommend this unit and hoping to make it back there again.

Everything about the property was excellent! The location made it easy to walk to the beach, the house itself was clean, and communication with the property was easy. Would highly recommend to families!
