Stayed Dec 23, 2024Convenient. Very outdated and needs some attention. Not what I would have expected in Bluewater. Very skimpy on supplies. No laundry podswasher pods

Stayed Jun 20, 2024We had a great visit. Everything was great for what we needed especially the area close to shopping and dining. Only 15 to 20 minutes from family that we were visiting. We did experience loud knocking and doorbell ringing one night at midnight, chalked it up to teenagers maybe? Only happened once. Otherwise, good visit!

Stayed Feb 10, 2024We enjoyed our stay. The unit is spacious, there's good water pressure and plenty of hot water, it's well-located near tennis and the pool, there's a nice view off the spacious balcony, and convenient parking. Bluewater Bay is close to shopping and the local fitness center (Bluewater Fitness -- excellent for visitors to the area). The bed was very comfortable, there was an overhead fan in each bedroom, windows that opened, and a bedside light on each side of the bed (these things have been missing in various other vacation rentals). The pictures accurately represent the unit. The place could use a few minor upgrades that would have made our stay even better. I'll preface this by saying that we stayed for 2 weeks, probably longer than most. We cook in and exercise a lot. So, we may be more picky than most. The property manager was very responsive to our initial concerns about a minor cleaning issue. I recommend the unit.

Stayed Jul 7, 2023Booked the stay for my 70+ year old parents. In general, the property was clean. However, there was blood on the sheets, in several places, like a scab had been picked and had brushed against the sheets—whether it was the cleaning crew, or the previous guests, mother was displeased. Toilet seat was broken in MBR, and an issue for my father. Lots of stairs—it’s an upstairs condo, followed by more stairs to get to the MBR. Not a factor for younger folks—but elderly will have a handful of issues carrying large bags, or multiple bags. The 3 tvs seemed to have basic cable and limitations to what was available. Streaming services not available on the TVs. Again, not a big deal for most—but for my older parents, they did not enjoy the stay, and their first time VRBO experience.

Stayed Jul 1, 2023The A/C was not working at its full capacity due to the extreme heat outside, I sent a note to the manager and he replied immediately. What I was not that happy was with the cleanliness of the place, shower curtains full of mold, kitchen sink with mildew and 6 roaches found. Still I enjoyed the place. Kitchen fully equipped. I can will return.

Stayed Jun 22, 2022However, even though the AC was set to 70, it always read 76-78 inside. It had trouble keeping up with the heat. The place was very clean and the layout is perfect. There are no things like coffee or sugar, so stop by the store and pick some up before you come in.

Stayed Mar 1, 2022We stayed for a month so really appreciated all the drawers, cupboards and storage space. The stove and utensils were in good condition. Loved the huge bedroom. Would have liked a better cable package but my husband survived without all his programs.

Stayed Nov 7, 2021I used this property as corporate housing for a month and it was very nice. Well maintained, clean, and spacious. Location was great as well. Definitely recommended.
