Inside this beautiful and sunlit vacation rental, you'll find a well-equipped, full kitchen featuring a custom sea glass-tile backsplash, custom cabinets, new flooring, and new wall tiling. The group chef will love the new kitchen appliances, including a small built-in wine fridge under the counter for refreshing drinks to accompany your meals. On the subject of counters, the custom quartz countertops provide a little extra luxury you're sure to appreciate. You'll also find an adjacent dining area and an inviting living area with a comfortable sofa and a TV for streaming all your favorite channels. Both bedrooms boast renovated en suites, with updates such as new floors, wall tiling, custom cabinets, and new custom-built showers. The primary bathroom even has its own stand-alone tub!

Additional features of this condo include central air-conditioning, a desk and chair in the main bedroom for remote work or schooling, plenty of beach and pool towels, and recessed LED lights for a warm, homey atmosphere.

Things to Know
Please know that the HOA requires additional documentation for service animals. Please see notes sent after booking in the confirmation email on how to contact the HOA as you must have the service animal registered before check-in.
The fitness center is currently unavailable until further notice.
Valet parking is now optional - it is included in the guests' resort fees.
This vacation rental does not have access to laundry facilities. The nearest laundromat is a mile and a half north.

The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

    I highly recommend this property. It was very modern immaculate and very comfortable. You can’t beat the view of the gulf from the private balcony. The condo is located in the main strip of Marco Island. We were able to walk to all best restaurants. We could walk to the beach and the pool on the property was great!

    We loved the stay; however, I called Vacasa to make sure chairs and umbrellas were available for rental and they said they were. When we went to the beach the rental company wasn't there and we're not there for our whole stay. Vacasa should have been aware of this and should have informed us so we would be prepared. We could have purchased prior to our trip. We had to sit in the sun and wasn't very enjoyable specially Dow the children.

    The faucet in the mini kitchen broke the first day and no one came until my checkout day (4 days later) to fix it. Air conditioning was weak, building had a 20 minute blackout, and the property/building seemed desolate…gym closed, spa closed, no bars open, no food service….as though the whole place was abandoned….would NOT recommend!!!

    To whom it may concern , I am very disappointed with my stay at Marco Island Ocean Beach Resort, room 801. The issue was the A/C not working in the bedrooms. Starting at 8:00 am with a visit to the front desk. Only to be told the problem would be fixed. An hour later the front desk informed me I needed to contact the management company. Which I did numerous time throughout the day. Finally in the afternoon a maintenance tech showed up to the unit. He tried to make the needed repair. Changing batteries then the thermostat. Still the second zone did not work. I waited in the apartment while the maintenance tech worked on the unit. Then without a word or explanation the maintenance tech just left the unit. The unit was still broken and there was no communication how or whether the issue would ever be resolved. Frustrated, I called the management company again and your support team member assured me the issue would be resolved and someone would contact me directly. Even still, as I am on a plane flying back to NY, no one has called!!! With out the A/C sleeping was made very difficult and unpleasant. As we were traveling with another couple, we slept with bedroom doors closed. The temperatures in the bedrooms became uncomfortably hot , muggy and difficult to breath. Before I post this on the internet Monday call me to discuss . Again Very disappointed in your service, lack of communication to resolve this issue. Sent from my iPhone
