Snowbird-Friendly Condo w/ Free WiFi, A/C, Private W/D, Shared Pool, Ocean View

The 180 degree view of the ocean, inlet, and bay were fantastic!

We loved the property and the pool - so glad it was still open after Labor Day even though some listings say it closes on Labor Day. We don't go on the beach so having the pool is an absolute must. The location can't be beat - absolutely wonderful. Parking garage was also a huge plus - spots for this unit located right by the elevator. Will definitely consider for future trips, hopefully with another couple to share it with.

Other than checkout being a little early (with the drive we had to leave by 9:30) this was an awesome rental. Very clean, great location!

Overall, the home was a good value and in a great location—close to everything we needed and just a short walk to the beach. The house itself was nice—not pristine, but definitely not old or dirty either. It was clean and comfortable for our stay. The pool was a highlight—clean and well-kept, perfect for relaxing. However, the common areas around the building were hot and a bit dingy, which took away from the overall atmosphere. One of the biggest inconveniences was the check-in process. Having to go 65 blocks away to an office just to check in, even though the unit has a digital lock, felt unnecessary and out of date. On top of that, the 10-digit door code was frustratingly long and hard to remember. If you're looking for a solid place in a great spot and don’t mind a few small quirks, this rental is a good option.

We loved that our friends were on the Oceanside of the building thus offering a perfect place to watch the most spectacular fireworks I've ever seen.

The location of the property is great. The secured assigned parking spaces is a great asset for the property.

We realy liked the spacious condo with 2 large bedrooms and bathrooms. Full functional kitchen with all the needs. 2 places indoor parking is great and the location of the condo is perfect on the boardwalk. One thing that we have noticed is that the appartment would need a repaint all around, the walls are very dirty and the front door was the worst. Ventilation traps are full of dust, we removed the one in the hallway and cleaned it in order not to breathe the dust. The kind of dust thickness shows it has not been cleaned for a long time. There is one patio door that would not lock. This comment has been left by another member many months ago on this site, so we see the problem has not been fixed ! Otherwise these little things that can be easily fixed we recommend the condo.

Place is great. Clean, beds comfortable, kitchen well stocked, etc. Only issue was the AC. Thermostat never read below 72. System blows cold. Most nights it was ok but then there were those other ones.

Loved the ocean view, Kitchen, decks, private hot tube. Place could be cleaner though! There's no communication too! Gym was closed the whole time I was there.

Great property and location. Hated the extra fees, check in and out policies and communications with property managers.
