Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Perfect location. The beach access isn’t too crowded compared to the neighboring properties. You do not need to get up early to reserve a spot on the beach! Walking distance to the pier was nice as well as the amusement park. Plenty of places to eat nearby as well. Cookware seemed to be newer and everything worked great! The rooms were perfect for our family of 4. Each kid got their own room and bathroom, we had plenty of space. The Florida beaches are amazing and we will be back!

The only issues were that we were without an ice maker. Ice cube trays were delivered mid week. Also could use more sharp cutting knives . Only one was found. Thank you all for a great week!

The beds could have bit better mattresses..they were pretty flat and sinked but we made do ok in that part. We would come back just don't know when yet

We rented two units and from the time of booking through the time we departed we received wonderful treatment. Everything was so easy to do, the management was very responsive and communicative and just super helpful and friendly. The alerts when the units were ready made that part easy too. The staff was constantly cleaning the lobby, the pool area and the walkway to beach and they were very nice and friendly the entire stay. Our unit was very clean and was perfect for what we needed. The chair/umbrella beach service was also great. I truly don't have one bad thing to say - this was probably the best experience we've ever had with a vacation rental from a customer service experience and we vacation frequently!
