Stayed Apr 7, 2023I am glad that we rented this condo. The condo was really clean and the manager was just a text/ call away. We did not have any issues during our stay. The condo was the perfect place to relax after a busy day full of family activities. We would definitely rent this condo again!

Stayed Mar 25, 2022Nice Parkway view! King beds comfortable. Clean condo! Kitchen nice, but needs long steel spatchula for grilling. Only negative is regarding the couch-sofa is VERY uncomfortable, somewhat felt like sitting on metal, ouch!. Same issue with the recliner rocker in living room, OUCH! Overall, love the condo, only please replace living room couch and recliner.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very unhappy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Hot tub was horrible. Construction on another unit was started at 7:30 AM. I have stayed at other properties with this company and never had any problems . This was my worse experience with this company. I will not stay there again.

Stayed Apr 1, 2021Great condo, clean and spacious. Very comfortable king size beds in both rooms, and updates appliances. Within a few miles of everything in Pigeon Forge makes for a pleasant stay overall! Only slight negative was noise from tenant above.... jet tub ran at 10pm which wasn’t ideal as this went on until 11pm, and they must have a toddler who runs around several times throughout night and early morning.

Was very happy that we did not stay in Gatlinburg. Gatlinberg is way too congested. Takes at least an hour to go into Gatlinberg and just as long to find parking. You don’t need to leave Pigeon Forge, there is plenty to do there also. The condo was clean and comfortable but was disappointed that the fire place was not working and neither was the jets on the tub. Other than that we loved the condo and would stay again.

Reviewer Comments: I have stayed at this facility several times over the years and as usual, I am not disappointed. It is always clean, quiet and well stocked and decorated. I love it's convenient location and the management is helpful. We used the free tickets provided for some of the venues.
