Stayed Mar 10, 2024Bedroom dresser had two drawers that nearly fell out when opened. The inexpensive, plastic chair that was out on the deck, had a crack in the back rest and was unusable. The hairdryer that was attached to the wall would only work if you kept the ‘on’ button manually pushed in. The humidifier was also inoperable. The management company quickly responded and were able to replace both the hairdryer and humidifier, but both the chair and dresser need to be replaced. . I have photos if you would like me to send them.

Stayed Mar 18, 2022Came up for a ski weekend with some friends it was great. Right off the mountain for ski in ski out access, and not far from downtown Steamboat.

Stayed Jan 29, 2022I wish I could give this unit a better review - it's in a good location and it's a good basic rental unit, which is what i expected for the price. However, there are some maintenance items that need to be addressed: 1) The mattress is *extremely* soft. It was like sleeping a hammock. 2) The water pressure in the shower is very low. 3) The shower has a *lot* of mildew. 4) The sliding door out to the porch does not lock. 5) The living room armchair's arm are disgustingly dirty. Until these are addressed I cannot really recommend this unit.

Stayed Jan 10, 2022Perfect ski in, ski out set up at steamboat springs. Skied right to our back door very very short walk, less than 25 yards to get on the trail that takes you right to the left. Could not have been better!

Stayed Jun 18, 2021The Property was in an Ideal area close to the Resort, and many Bicycle/Hiking Trails. I was Impressed with the amenities the Condo had especially in the kitchen. The only thing I want to suggest that both Mattresses be updated, as they weren't comfortable after long days of hiking and bicycling.
