Stayed Jan 10, 2026incredible stay! The building is as close as you can get to the slopes, and you have everything right there (ski rental is in the building, restaurants etc- literally dont' have to go outside to get anything). The unit is beautiful and was well-stocked (make sure to read notes and look around before going to the grocery, Kim takes care of a lot!). I was here with my wife, 4-year old, 1-year old and our au pair, and we had plenty of room. Steamboat is an awesome mountain if you haven't been, it's just really easy to get around, and staying here takes all the guesswork out of it (super nice when you're bringing kids!). Kim also was great, if you've ever stayed in a rental where the management is non-communicative, you know how much of a luxury it feels like when working a great property manager. She very much has thought of everything to make sure the stay went great. THANK YOU!!!!!

Stayed Mar 15, 2025We stayed at One Steamboat twice and decided to save some money this trip, convinced that we would be giving up a lot of amenities. We could not have been more wrong. The Sheraton has way more to offer. The restaurants just downstairs were great, lots of options and the Starbucks was the icing on the cake. As for the condo, it was the cleanest room in which we’ve ever stayed, cleaner than any Four Seasons. The beds were amazing. I’ve never slept so well. The place was stocked with every single thing we could need and the owners even left 2 bottles of wine on the counter for us as a gift. The ottoman is stocked with puzzles and games and there is an activities room in the Sheraton with a ping pong table, pool table and foosball tables. The room is manned by 2 people who are so helpful. All around, an excellent place to stay in Steamboat. We will be back.

Stayed Dec 26, 2024The condo was perfect for our family of 4. The newly renovated space was very clean and had everything we needed. Kim was an excellent host and very quick to respond. The ski locker was an added bonus that was very convenient with 2 kids. We enjoyed our stay and will be back!

Stayed Mar 20, 2022This condo is right at the base of Steamboat Ski Resort. We had immediate access to the gondola, main lifts, restaraunts, heated pool, hot tubs, and Apre Ski. We have little kids. 4 years old to 10 years old and this condo gave us the perfect base camp for our week of skiing. The condo itself is in great condition and the kitchen was fully equipped so we were able to have about half of our lunches and dinners there and save some money. We will definitely be back.

Stayed Feb 16, 2022We loved this property… And working with Kim was truly amazing. The condo is two levels with the bedrooms upstairs and was immaculate and very well-kept. All of the basics that you need are right there at your fingertips. We will definitely be staying here again.

Stayed Jan 5, 2022The host was very communicative and made our stay very easy! The condo has everything you need, including crock pots and loaded kitchen appliances so we could cook at home. The only somewhat strange feature (nothing the host could do about it though) is that the master has two queen beds and an en suite bathroom, whereas the second bedroom has the king bed but the bathroom is across the hall. It was a bit of a strange design, but it actually made it more fair for two couples to share the condo (so one couple didn't get the king and the adjoining bathroom!). We'd definitely stay here again!
