Slope Side-Old Town-Ski In/Out, Free Underground Parking, Newly Remodeled

Owner very helpful & accessible, perfect location in town within walking distance of grocery, liquor, restaurants & shops. Town Lift in sight. Condo has mountain vew and every amenity imaginable except on site pool and hot tub. We really enjoyed our stay.

Accommodations were wonderful very comfortable home. We really enjoyed walking across the street to get onto the lift for ski and ski out each day. Highly recommend this location host is wonderful very attentive.

We had a great experience in this home. We have had numerous VRBO experiences in Park City over the last 20 years, but I can say unequivocally that this condo was the best-located, most nicely appointed, and best-stocked we have stayed in. The owner's taste in decoration is flawless. We had no appliance issues, no noise issues, and no access problems. There were abundant linen supplies. I am a gourmet chef, and finding kosher salt and spray ghee made me feel as if I had arrived at my own home. It is an amazing home. Thank you for the privilege of allowing us to stay there.

Hands down the best VRBO experience ever! This beautifully decorated condo was spotlessly clean and amazingly appointed. Comfy beds, FULLY equipped kitchen, and superb location one minute off Main Street and all the lovely shops and restaurants. Randy was our most excellent host! A.

Outstanding location and clean, well stocked condo

Randy’s condo was absolutely perfect for our family of 4. Located right in the center of Main Street, mere steps from the chairlift, stores and restaurants up & down the street, and every amenity necessary for a comfortable stay. Next time we visit we’ll definitely book there again! Definitely recommended for your next ski trip to PC!

Great place to stay in Park City! The house was clean, well stocked and in a wonderful location. Communication from the owner was great. He provided us with lots of information about the property and activities in the area. House had everything you could want or need and was laid out well with lots of sleeping arrangements options, outlets everywhere and a well-stocked kitchen. If you’re wanting to spend time on Main Street or Town Lift area, you can’t beat the location. Would definitely recommend and will be back.

This place is amazing. A very short walk out the building to the Old Town Chair lift. Then ending the ski day, you ski right near the entrance to the place. Amazing ski in/ski out!!!! You cannot beat this place!!

This is the most convenient and most thoughtfully amenitized home that I’ve rented in Park City. Perfectly situated, the host has done a number of things to make it easy to be a guest and feel like you know how to navigate the area. Everything in the unit is top quality. Highly recommended.

The condo is in the perfect location. It was clean, modern, and provided everything we could have asked for.

The condo was perfect for 2 couples. Located at the lower part of Main St only a block from the Town Lift. The only reason I did not give this a 5 star was the queen bed needed replacing. To the landlord Randy's credit he said he would replace it. We would stay here again.

Randy’s place was perfect for our family of five. Everyone could go and come as they please all throughout downtown PC and the ski slopes. Everything we needed was supplied in the condo.
