New kitchen installed in 2024 with all new appliances including electric stove/oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, and dishwasher along with a dining table for 6. Living room with 60-inch smart TV and smart TVs in both bedrooms.

LOCATED IN THE VILLAGE SLOPE SIDE Access Split Rockheated pool and hot tubs are available at additional cost.

BUILDING AMENITIES: Free WiFi, Free Long Distance, Private lockers, Air Conditioning, Elevators, Fitness Room, Laundry facilities, full-service Rental Shop on the main floor of the building, Free Resort Shuttle Service, parking is located near the complex in the main Village Parking Lot across Snowshoe Drive

~ No Pets - Pets found in non-pet properties are forbidden and will result in immediate eviction without refund and incur a $250.00 charge to the credit card on file

    Clean and well stocked. Kitchen has what we needed to make basic meals for breakfast and dinner. We did bring a crock pot with us. Appreciate the hooks on the wall when walking in and the mat; to store and dry snow gear. Having access to two snow lockers is also a plus. Location is great. We have two young kids, who attend ski school, and proximity to ski school drop off and pick up, as well as rentals, makes it very easy. We also enjoy staying in the village. This condo has easy access to all the shops and restaurants. We also walked to the Falling rock pool and enjoyed its amenities two nights of our stay. Condo was well stocked with extra blankets and pillows. Only thing it is missing is a washer/dryer. However, there is access to a community washer and dryer in basement. We will be back to stay again!

    we stayed for 3 nights with no hot water, no parking accommodations, dust balls under our bed and in master bathroom. The fridge wasn’t very cold.The location was good.

    The location of this property was conveniently nestled in the Snowshoe Village. We had everything we needed for our stay and enjoyed the large table to play cards. The property was clean and cozy. There were several dips in the flooring causing it to be uneven but I assume that’s due to the building itself. We would stay here again for sure.

    The corner suite facing back towards the setting sun in the main living room coupled with a side window view down to the slopes couldn't have been better. Two floors up from the lobby and buffered from neighbors by the building's emergency stair, the corner was extremely convenient yet tucked out of the main traffic. The suite had been so recently spruced up (as of February 2024) that the dishwasher had yet to be run. The kitchen was small but suitably stocked lacking only a coffee maker (which has probably been rectified by now). The bedrooms were appropriately sized. Nothing over the top but great for our family of four. One minor suggestion, if you sleep lightly, bring some simple ear plugs. The unit is so close to the slopes that the snow groomers come right up beside the building.
