Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A perfect spot for a family vacation. The living space of the house is small, with a very small TV.Kitchen is open-concept and brand new! One bedroom/bath combo was quite large and comfortable. The bunk room, with double beds, was very small, attached to a very small bathroom. NO room to put things, so challenging if there are more than two adults in there. Property is fabulous. Staff is extremely accomodating and professional, and really work to ensure that everything you need is available. Highly recommend Sleepy Hollow for a week of relaxing and enjoying Michigan.We will be back!

Arrived before our unit was available, but had access to the grounds for our kids to play on the playground equipment and explore. The beach was great, kids enjoyed the large pool. Basketball court was used daily by our son. Kids tie-dyed shirts during the kids activities. Our unit was clean and perfect for a family of 5 with younger kids. Would definitely recommend to others and plan on coming back again!

The private beach was lovely. Everything was clean and well maintained.

Loved the condo! Very clean and well stocked. Great patio for sitting outside and enjoying the weather. This was our second time at Sleepy Hollow and we just love it! It’s a great resort with great amenities and a great place for families! Definitely hope to return!

The unit was comfy, and we had what we needed to enjoy ourselves. My only recommendation is to upgrade some of the kitchen supplies. The blender wouldn't blend 2 ice cubes, and eating hot food off of plastic plates was not desirable for us. The unit and lovely kitchen are too nice for such cheap dishware.

Our family has been coming up to South Haven for years and this was our first time at Sleepy Hollow. It was just perfect! So many great memories to hold onto for years to come. We will definitely be back!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The HVAC was not working - should have been checked before we arrived. When reported, the guy didn't show up until the second call, then the HVAC repair people needed to be contacted. After some confusion withthe keys, he was able to get the unit working in a reasonable time. One of the closests was locked because it contained owner's stuff - making it unavailable - but not a big deal. Also the lockbox is tricky to close when done - should have given better instructions (most of the renters in our party had noted their frustration). Still it was a very pretty resort; and other than a very uncomfortable bed, the stay was good.
