The cleaning staff was excellent as our condo was very clean! However, the condo itself was just okay. The main living room tv never worked. The curtains in the main bedroom were falling off the hooks when we arrived. There was also a strong smoke smell when we arrived. The washing machine worked fine, but the dryer barely dried our clothes. All in all, we were very thankful to be with our family for the weekend, but won’t be visiting this condo again.

We enjoyed our stay at this property for our ski holiday from December 20-24, 2024. The apartment was cozy and comfortable overall, with well-thought-out bunk beds that were perfect for the kids. It provided a warm and welcoming space to relax after a day on the slopes. However, there were a few issues that impacted our experience. The hangers in the apartment were frustrating, as they couldn't hold clothes properly. Adjusting the thermostats was a challenge, as they were nearly impossible to figure out. The sofa bed in the living room was unfortunately broken, which limited sleeping arrangements. Additionally, the cookware was disappointing—scratched Teflon pans were unusable, and it would be great to have at least one stainless steel pan for cooking simple meals like scrambled eggs. The location of the apartment at the far end of the building added a long walk to access the ski exit, which was inconvenient. Lastly, the internet connection was very poor, which made staying connected a struggle.Despite these drawbacks, the apartment’s coziness and family-friendly setup made our holiday enjoyable. Addressing these issues would make it a fantastic place to stay for future guests.

The location was good. The cleanliness was good. There was suppose to be paper towels and trash bags in the room. We had neither. I am not sure if there were 8 staying in the condo there would be much room. We had a family of 5 and it was a little crowded!

Very clean, nice and warm during the snow storm, well stocked kitchen, and literally able to walk right out onto the slopes. Very convenient access to the village and I would definitely stay there again. The arcade was a perk for my kids!

This property is dated and is in the process of getting some updates. Great location and perfect for a few people who want to be close to the slopes. Easy walking to shops and restaurants. Good value for the money.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The location was perfect. We were able to walk to the Split Rock pools, the village, and to ski. The unit was spacious and had a fully equipped kitchen and plenty of towels and linens. The view out the windows was beautiful. The kids also enjoyed the indoor play area and the arcade down the hall.
