SLEEPS 4- beach chairs in season

The condo was great and so clean. Easy access to the beach and pool area. Plenty of parking available and 24/7 security at the gates. Easy and quick correspondence with the owner. Will be back!!

We went to the condo and discovered workers cutting the concrete at the front door. This unit bordered a section of the property that was undergoing construction. The owner was very responsive and said that they didn’t tell her they were doing construction at her unit. But they were also doing construction a few feet away, which I think should have been disclosed. We ended up scrambling and spending more money to find a last minute rental. We did receive a full refund, but did not receive an I’m sorry from the owner.

This was our second time in this unit and we absolutely love it. We love having beach Service. Anytime I’ve needed to reach out to the host I have been contacted very quickly. Highly recommend and we will be back.

Wasn't what I was expecting.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay here. Lynn was so easy to work with and very accommodating helping us add an extra day to our stay. We had everything we needed and the condo is very comfortable. Will definitely stay with Lynn again.

The condo was beautiful and just like the pictures. Very comfortable and cozy with everything you need. The view from the balcony was amazing! We would definitely stay there again and recommend it to others!

Perfect spot for us!

I really enjoyed my vacation here! Communication with the hosts was clear and easy- they are so kind. Checkin was easy, the location was convenient and the unit is exactly as the pictures look. It was clean and I cannot say enough good things. The hosts have thought of everything… they even have a box fan in the master closet! I will definitely come back and stay at this unit again. 10/10

We absolutely loved the condo easy access, beautiful views zero complaints. Security is top notch at the front gate. Perfect location far from the strip congestion.

Would definitely stay again

Condo was very clean and tastefully decorated! The view is amazing from both rooms! The heated pool was awesome! Loved the location! Will try to reserve it next time we come down!

Great week at the beach at our favorite area of PCB. Would definitely stay this condo again!

It was everything that I was told it was. Even the food at the pool bar was good. Weather was perfect however it did get down to the med 40’s and with the wind gust at 30 mph it stay cool that day however it was fun watching the kids jumping in and then trying to get warm and doing it all over again.

Condo was awesome. Outdoor patio furniture was high top table and chairs, perfect for seeing the beach. Host had a closet full of beach chairs and accessories to use. Would def. stay here again. Regency is a older complex, but one of our favorites, always really clean and taken care of.

We spent 8 nights in this beautiful condo. Everything was perfect for the two of us celebrating our anniversary. The host is very nice and quick to respond to communication. The AC was cold, plenty of towels, furniture was comfortable, ROKU on both TV’s made watching our usual shows a breeze. We look forward to returning soon!

The condo was great. Clean and well appointed. End unit. Sliding doors well insulated and allowed no noise from outside (even during a heavy rainstorm). Two full bathrooms was a nice bonus. Ample dishes and obviously recently renovated. We enjoyed our stay and would choose this unit again.

The security guard by the pool was ridiculous, even the sno cone vendor said something about how he was acting. We spent over $300 at the pool bar and was harassed by security our entire stay.

Loved so much coming to this part of PCB. Regency Tower did not disappoint. The condo was perfect and beach chairs are a great plus! Highly recommend! Except when I want it next…

This place is very family oriented! Truly has everything needed for a relaxing stay at the beach. There were several activities throughout the week for all ages. If you have never experienced the 4th of July at the beach it is a must. Already making plans for next year!

The property is large but quiet. We enjoyed the patio facing the pool and beach

Unit is nice and has a wonderful view of the beach. Great for sitting in the high top chairs and enjoying your morning coffee! Sliding doors from bedroom to balcony is a plus! Shower heads are placed too low for tall people, however overall it's a great place. You have access to an umbrella and chairs on the beach which is a huge plus!
