This includes Main Street (the hub of the city), with its restaurants, cafes, bars, specialty shops and boutiques; and popular venues such as Marie Selby Gardens, the Sarasota Opera House, Florida Studio Theatre, Burns Court Cinemas with its international film offerings and cold beers, and McCurdy’s Comedy Theatre. Also in close proximity is Bayfront Park with its panoramic waterfront views, the Van Wezel Performing Arts Hall, and the Sarasota Art Museum. And of course, let’s not leave out the unit’s close proximity to the worldly renowned Siesta Key Beach (15 minute drive) and Lido Key Beach (10-12 minute drive).

This small but quaint one-bedroom condo is a perfect blend of charm and modern convenience, featuring a series of thoughtful upgrades. The kitchen and bathrooms have been meticulously renovated with sleek countertops and contemporary fixtures, adding a touch of luxury. The unit includes one 65-inch high-definition flat screen TV, one 50-inch high-definition flat screen TV, a queen bedroom set, and kitchen table. It also includes two beach chairs and towels, cookware, plates, glasses, linen, etc. The living room TV come with a basic YouTube TV subscription.. The bedroom TV does not offer YouTube TV but offers streaming apps so that can sign into your personal accounts (e.g., HBO, Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc.) and watch your favorite shows. It also provides access to a slew of free programming offered by several content providers (e.g., VDU, PLUTO, BET, Classic Movie Channel, Paramount Movie Channel, etc.).

The complex is outfitted with a large clubhouse, fitness center, lighted tennis court, hot tub, heated pool, BBQ grill, and private kayak launch pier.

Sarasota Bay can be easily and quickly accessed via the Hudson Bayou located on the rear side of the property. A Publix supermarket is directly across the street from the complex for easy and quick access to groceries.

IMPORTANT – PLEASE READ!
AFTER you reserve the unit on this site, you must then sign a lease (it will be emailed to you by the owner) and fill out an online rental application (Cost is $50). Part of the information you provide in the application will be used to run a background check on you. You should give yourself a two-week buffer between the time you secure the rental on this site and your move in date to allow ample time to execute the required steps and the condo association time to approve you before move in. While maybe arduous and somewhat tedious to navigate, these processes aim to make help your stay at Central Park II as safe and secure as possible.

Please note that smoking, parties and pets (of any kind) are NOT ALLOWED. Additionally, RVs, buses, motorcycles, commercial vehicles, trailers, mobile homes, campers and boats are also NOT ALLOWED.

No cancellations for acts of nature (including Red Tide) unless property is rendered uninhabitable by the act of nature.

Beach towels and two beach chairs provided at no extra cost.

In an effort to conserve energy and keep costs down, we kindly ask you to adjust the air conditioner to 78°F or the heat to 68°F (Whichever you are using at the time) whenever you leave the apartment for more than 30 minutes. When you return, you can set it back to your preferred temperature, which will be reached quickly as the apartment is relatively small. You will receive automated reminders of this request via email periodically throughout your stay.

    Central location and close to all highways and beaches. The condo is modern, well stocked, and well decorated.The people that live here are very nice. The grounds are well maintained. There is pickleball, tennis and other great amenities.The property owner is very responsive and nice.

    My daughter rented this place for 6 weeks for a place to stay for her clinical rotation with one of the local hospitals. The owner Lloyd was very helpful and informative the entire 6 weeks. If my husband and I ever need a longer term rental (30+ days) we will DEFINITELY reach out to Lloyd first. The location of this property is convenient to everything!

    Very comfortable space for our months stay. The grounds are attractive and very well maintained. Complex is well managed. Nice pool. Saw manatees off their kayak dock which is also a good sunset spot. Very good jump off point for walking and biking. Short drive to Lido beach, a favorite. Owner is highly responsive and quality person to work with.

    Great property in ideal location where you can walk to downtown Sarasota and experience great restaurants and bars. Close drive to Siesta Key as well. Loved the screened in lanai with the majestic tree to frame sunrise and sunsets

    Our month at Central park ll unit 104 was wonderful. Our owner has done a great job of making his home feel comfortable . The complex is beautiful and well maintained. Central Park ll is located in an area that is close to downtown activity and an easy drive to beaches. We highly recommend it.
