Beautiful inside and out, very clean with great views from all balcony's. Host answered to your needs in a timely manner.

This condo was everything and more I would have imagined. There is so much space. Bringing my divorced parents, their spouses, and my family with a toddler we had plenty of room. This place is truly packed for everything you could possibly need. The views were amazing. Very clean. The renovations to the building were not bad. You do hear some equipment, but nothing that impacted our trip. We loved the pool. I do wish the property had a handicap ramp to the beach, as taking all of our beach things up and down was a bit of a hassle; but nothing we couldn't handle. Joe was excellent in communication. We've already planned our next trip back!

Myself, my wife, our daughter and her family stayed for 6 days and nights. As many have already said, the penthouse was clean and well stocked with everything needed. We actually met Joe on site and he was a super guys who offered any help we needed. The square footage of the living areas and balconies were fantastic. More than enough for our visit and everyone was pleased with our stay. My family and I highly recommend Joe's place for your Daytona visit. There was even a nice selection of books for a good beach read. I told Joe I added a signed copy of my first novel, Code of Misconduct to his collection for his visitors in the future. It's a Daytona Beach novel that would be very fitting for your stay. Thanks Joe! It was great meeting you.

The condo was great. Perfect location, kitchen amazingly well-equipped, Joe responded to inquiries very quickly, the balconies were perfect for the weather that was not conducive to being on the beach. I loved all the warm fuzzy blankets to wrap up in while sitting in the balcony reading and listening to the surf.

Big shout out to Joe , he made sure the condo was ready for us 2 days after Hurricane Milton. We know he and his wife put in many hours after the storm. Joe was professional, kind and always quick to answer any questions. The condo met all our needs, very clean, spacious and especially loved the balcony all around the condo. Perfect for coffee with a beautiful view of the ocean Our family (6 adults) really enjoyed our stay. Joe, thank you again for your awesome hospitality.

Joe's place was very clean and has the most spectacular views of both the river and the ocean. We viewed pods of dolphins from our balconies even with Hurricane Debbie trying to spoil our fun. I prefer to vacation where I would be happy if I never left the rental, and this absolutely fit the bill! And when you travel with your sister and cousin, and you are all over 50, it was a delight to have our own rooms AND our own bathrooms! Joe responded immediately the one time I needed to ask a question. Great parking. I can't recommend Joe's place enough!

Wonderful views of the beach. The condo gave us plenty of room to enjoy an amazing week at the beach.

We loved this condo! The owner was easy to work with and the property was as described. While they had exterior work being completed, it did not ruin our time. The beach is also a little slower so easy to find a spot without crowding. If we come back to Daytona Beach again, we will definitely be rebooking the same place!

The penthouse condo was very nicely furnished and had everything one could want for the kitchen, towels, seating and so on. the location is good, the grounds well kept. Overall it was a great place to spend time at the beach. Thanks, Joe, for making such a nice condo available for us.
