Big Sky Resort's Basecamp to Yellowstone provides year-round fun for people of all ages, with a wide range of activities from scenic lift rides in the summer to guided snowshoe tours in the winter. If you are looking to get your adrenaline pumping, visit Basecamp to fly through the trees on either the Nature or Adventure zipline! Make sure to add the Beehive Basin Trail to your vacation To-Do list which is just a short drive away.

This condo sits within ski-in/ski-out proximity to Big Sky Resort’s new Explorer Gondola, offering effortless access to the slopes and base area amenities. In winter, you are footsteps from your door to the slopes! Skiers of all abilities can ski-in/ski-out of this condo. For Ski out access, guest would walk out to the end of the road Downhill Dr and jump on the run White Wing and ski that down to the Explorer Lift. You may do this, or if you stay high enough, you can take the groomed trail through the trees and get to Swift Current and Ramcharger lifts. You would need to start on the higher end of the Beaverhead homes and cut straight across into the trees. Some might have a hard time based on ability or mobility. Skiing in, you would need to make your way towards the Explorer Lift area. Get onto White Wing and ski back to the road Downhill Dr. In the evening, reserve a spot at Montana Yurt Dinner for a truly unforgettable experience.

In order to experience all that Big Sky has to offer, it is helpful to have access to a vehicle during your stay. This allows you to travel seamlessly throughout the community from the Gallatin River to Lone Peak. While ride-sharing and taxi services are abundant in other communities, Big Sky remains a small town with limited options for transportation. We offer a 5% discount code to Explore Rentals for confirmed guests. They are located minutes away from the Bozeman Airport and provide 4 wheel drive vehicles with dedicated snow tires in the winter and all-season tires in the summer!

    Both the host and the accommodations were incredible. Right at the foot of the slopes with very easy ski-in/ski-out access to the main ski lifts and gondola. Cannot recommend this condo enough!

    Excellent unit. Highly recommended. Host management company is top notch and response time is super quick. This unit is super modern, all supplies needed. No need to do any house cleaning *****. heated garage. Love the covered porch hot tub. Note- house is technically ski in ski out but its not the easiest to get to the main ski area, you still need to take a hike to get over there. When there is icy conditions, the roadway freezes over so you NEED a 4WD to get up the hill.
