Stayed Aug 27, 2025Great location for Waikiki, easy parking, nice unit, well maintained. I had to purchase and install a shower curtain because the unit was lacking one. Management did not return three calls nor supply a service request form. I would have liked to request a late check-out, but figured they would not return that call either.

Stayed Aug 14, 2025The Parking pass was not in the room as expected. We got a temp pass and ours arrived the following day. The internet was not working when we arrived. No power to the ISP's router. This router was plugged into a socket that was connected to a wall switch which was off. No internet password available. Had to log into the wireless router and turn on the guest network. Battery in smoke alarm was hanging out of the alarm in bedroom. Toilet bowl runs continuously. The tank float valve needs to be changed. It constantly made noise as if there was a drill being used in the bathroom. I had to turn off the water next to the bowl to get some sleep. Carpet in bedroom needed some TLC. Parking was great! View from the balcony is great!Property Management should have prepared the room prior to arrival.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The accommodations were perfect. The condo was very well kept and the beach was a short walk away. My kids enjoyed watching a movie on Netflix every night. The views from the balcony were amazing.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969My husband and I had such a wonderful holiday here. The suite was as pictured and clean and a little home away from home. The beds were comfortable and the view spectacular. I would recommend this apartment to others.

Stayed Mar 26, 2023I gave it 5 start because the questions asked deserved 5 stars. It was clean, the check-in was simple (emails before arrival told me what to do. No real check-in required, which was great). The staff I talked to on the phone were courteous and helpful. The view was fantastic and was why I picked this particular unit. Sitting on the lanai for sunrise and in the evenings was wonderful. The beds were comfy and the AC mostly worked. I liked having the bath sink separate from the toilet and shower. Free parking was key! FYI - We rented a Toyota 4-runner which DID fit in the garage, but just BARELY! I was pre-warned not to rent a full size SUV, but I forgot! However, the unit's furnishings need attention. The bowls were mismatched and mostly chipped. There was no ice bucket to catch the ice from the ice maker, so I had to use a pot. There was no sink stopper to fill the sink for washing dishes, so I had to use a bowl. There were no coffee filters, and I didn't think to buy any during our one run to Safeway, so I used paper towels instead. The table is worn and wobbly, and there is barely enough room between the table and refrigerator. The bathroom towel rack is pulling off the wall. Overall I'd probably look for different unit next time, but I would rent this one again if the price was right.

Stayed Mar 8, 2023The unit was nice and clean. The building itself was a little dated, but overall functional. Can’t beat the great location!
