Stayed Jul 4, 2025We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property! From the moment we arrived, everything was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described in the listing. The host was incredibly responsive.The location was ideal—close to everything we wanted to explore, yet peaceful and quiet at night. The beds were super comfortable, the kitchen was well-stocked, and the outdoor space was perfect for morning coffee or evening wine.We’ve stayed at several vacation rentals, and this one truly stands out. It’s clear the owners care deeply about their guests’ experience. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable trip!

Stayed Oct 24, 2024As a first time renter I didn’t know what to expect. The unit we rented was just what we needed for our stay. The unit was very clean, smelled good and had everything we needed. The host was very patient with me as I asked a lot of questions. I would definitely stay at this condo again the next time we visit Cocoa Beach.

Stayed May 17, 2024Very nice weekend. Got to see a SpaceX launch from the beach. Went to the Kennedy Space Center and also got to see the boat races in Cocoa Beach. Good location, beach was nice. Nice to have a backyard. The unit was nicely updated. Could use a few more bowls. :)
