It was very roomy with nice comfortable accommodations. It was steps away from the beach and our balcony provided a great view. We enjoyed the pool as well as the umbrella and 2 chairs on the beach each day. I would definitely stay there again!

Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at Summerlin 3 times now as we love the location and quietness of the area. We love the smaller sized condo building. This unit was wonderful! Very clean upon check-in, no issues, very well-maintained and updated. It was perfect for our family vacation. We loved the beach service included. Quick communication responses throughout the whole process from deposit to quick questions we had while at the condo. Thank you for a memorable week for our family!

Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in unit 305 several times and are already planning our next stay. It is clean, quiet, and very comfortable. We do not cook while we are there, but there seems to be plenty of cookware available. This trip was the first time we have come without kids or grandkids and we have decided to come back once every three to four months. We will try to stay in this unit each time.
