This recently updated first floor unit is an incredible spacethat has tons of touches of home. Both bathrooms have been beautifully upgraded and now feature elegant walk-in showers for a more comfortable, spa-like experience. This unit has an assigned covered parking space. With two bedrooms and a sleeper sofa. This non-smoking unit can accommodate up to 7 guests. The wall mirror in the master bedroom helps fill the space with color. A full-size kitchen is complemented by a large island cabinet/countertop. A full-size washer and dryer set is also available in the unit. Three large windows and wall mirrors in the living room come together to surround the space with golden sunshine, white sands, and emerald-colored waters - three things that make the Emerald Coast so attractive! The balcony/patio outside extends from the living room to the master bedroom and gives guests plenty of space to enjoy a beach-front view from morning 'til night.
